M\u00e4dchen durch F\u00fchrung st\u00e4rken<\/h3>

Die St\u00e4rkung von M\u00e4dchen durch nicht-formale Bildung erm\u00f6glicht soziale Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit und Selbstvertrauen. Die patriarchalische Kultur Albaniens bietet ein herausforderndes Umfeld f\u00fcr M\u00e4dchen, insbesondere f\u00fcr M\u00e4dchen in l\u00e4ndlichen Gebieten. M\u00e4dchen auf dem Land haben weniger M\u00f6glichkeiten und sie sind st\u00e4rker von sozialen Aktivit\u00e4ten isoliert. Dies wirkt sich auf ihre Entwicklung aus und macht sie den Risiken des Menschenhandels und der Ausbeutung st\u00e4rker ausgesetzt.<\/p>

Besonderen Wert legt die Mary Ward Loreto Foundation in ihrer Arbeit auf junge M\u00e4dchen aus Tropoja und Saranda. Die M\u00e4dchen werden ermutigt, an Programmen zur menschlichen Entwicklung teilzunehmen, darunter: gef\u00fchrte F\u00fchrung, Selbstwertgef\u00fchl, \u00f6ffentliches Reden, gesunde Beziehungen, effektive Kommunikation und Probleml\u00f6sung. Die M\u00e4dchen entwickeln ihre F\u00e4higkeiten, indem sie lernen, Lebensl\u00e4ufe, Anschreiben, offizielle E-Mails zu schreiben und ihr pers\u00f6nliches Portfolio zu vervollst\u00e4ndigen. Das Programm bietet den M\u00e4dchen die M\u00f6glichkeit, einen Kurs \u201eErm\u00e4chtigung durch Selbstverteidigung\u201c zu absolvieren. M\u00e4dchen lernen, sich selbst mehr zu lieben, an sich selbst zu glauben und die Kraft zu haben, an Verhaltensweisen zu arbeiten und Kontakte zu beenden, die ihr Leben zuvor bestimmt haben.<\/p>

Der gew\u00e4hlte interaktive F\u00fchrungsansatz gibt den M\u00e4dchen die M\u00f6glichkeit, aktiver zu werden und eine Schl\u00fcsselrolle in Gemeinde- und Dienstleistungsinitiativen zu \u00fcbernehmen. Dieser Ansatz wird durch Freiwilligenarbeit und Schreiben zu sozialen Themen umgesetzt. Indem sie den M\u00e4dchen hilft, sich selbst zu kennen und zu verstehen, werden sie in die Lage versetzt, ihre pers\u00f6nlichen und sozialen Werte zu erkennen und sich vor Menschenhandel zu sch\u00fctzen. Mary Ward Loreto glaubt, dass M\u00e4dchen die Welt ver\u00e4ndern k\u00f6nnen!<\/p>
