Die 61. Sitzung der Kommission der Vereinten Nationen f\u00fcr soziale Entwicklung (CSocD61) fand vom 6. bis 15. Februar 2023 in New York statt. UN-Kommissionen sind die wichtigsten Anlaufstellen f\u00fcr Nichtregierungsorganisationen (NGOs), die die Stimmen und Sorgen der Menschen auf der ganzen Welt einbringen und versuchen, die Politik zu beeinflussen, die sich auf die Menschen und den Planeten auswirkt. Das vorrangige Thema der Kommission f\u00fcr soziale Entwicklung 2023 lautete \u201eSchaffung produktiver Vollbesch\u00e4ftigung und menschenw\u00fcrdiger Arbeit f\u00fcr alle als Mittel zur \u00dcberwindung von Ungleichheiten, um die Erholung von der COVID-19-Pandemie und die vollst\u00e4ndige Umsetzung der Agenda 2030 f\u00fcr nachhaltige Entwicklung zu beschleunigen.\u201c \u201d<\/p>

Als Mitgliedsorganisation des NGO-Komitees f\u00fcr soziale Entwicklung (NGO CSocD) lieferten wir Beitr\u00e4ge zum Resolutionsentwurf, formulierten Argumente f\u00fcr die Interessenvertretung und trafen uns mit Botschaftern und Delegierten verschiedener L\u00e4nder (sogenannte Missionsbesuche), um zu den Diskussionen und Resolutionen beizutragen. Da unsere Mitglieder (IBVM und CJ) daran beteiligt sind, menschenw\u00fcrdige Arbeit f\u00fcr Menschen aus marginalisierten Gemeinschaften zu schaffen, bei denen es sich haupts\u00e4chlich um Frauen und Jugendliche handelt, konnten wir ihre Anliegen einbringen.<\/p>

Dar\u00fcber hinaus haben wir unsere bew\u00e4hrten Praktiken bei einer Nebenveranstaltung ausgetauscht, die wir w\u00e4hrend der Kommission mit anderen NGOs organisiert haben. An der Veranstaltung mit dem Titel \u201eMenschenw\u00fcrdige Arbeit f\u00fcr alle: Verwundbarkeit durch Bildung und wirtschaftliche St\u00e4rkung beenden\u201c nahmen drei unserer Schwestern aus Indien, Kenia und der Slowakei sowie ein Jugendlicher aus dem Kolkata Mary Ward Social Centre, Indien, an der Podiumsdiskussion teil. Hauptrednerin war Botschafterin Allie Kabba, die St\u00e4ndige Vertreterin der Mission Sierra Leones bei den Vereinten Nationen.<\/p>

Unsere Praktikantin Prateeksha Shukla fungierte zusammen mit einem anderen Jugendlichen der Red Dot Foundation, einem unserer Co-Sponsoren, als Moderatoren. Die Redner betonten ihr Engagement f\u00fcr lokale Gemeinschaften, Jugend- und Frauengruppen, um qualitativ hochwertige Bildung, Programme zur Kompetenzentwicklung und verschiedene Mikrofinanzierungsaktivit\u00e4ten anzubieten und sie dabei zu unterst\u00fctzen, Arbeitspl\u00e4tze und Lebensunterhalt f\u00fcr sich selbst zu schaffen. Sie erz\u00e4hlten Geschichten dar\u00fcber, wie junge Frauen und M\u00e4dchen aus l\u00e4ndlichen Gemeinden durch sozio\u00f6konomische Unterst\u00fctzung ihr Leben wieder aufbauen und daran arbeiten, ihre Verletzlichkeit zu beenden. Interessenvertretungspriorit\u00e4ten<\/strong><\/p>

Die NGO CSocD Advocacy Group, der wir angeh\u00f6ren, hat die folgenden Argumentationspunkte und Empfehlungen f\u00fcr die Interessenvertretung entwickelt:
1. Bew\u00e4ltigen Sie die wachsende wirtschaftliche und soziale Ungleichheit durch allgemeinen Sozialschutz, Lohnpolitik und Formalisierung der Arbeit.
2. Verabschiedung integrativer, menschenzentrierter und geschlechtersensibler Richtlinien und Programme.
3. Bereitstellung von Bildung, Qualifizierung, Weiterqualifizierung und digitaler Schulung f\u00fcr alle.
4. Investieren Sie in Initiativen und Richtlinien zur Schaffung und Umverteilung von Humankapital.
5. Heben Sie die Bewegung hin zu einem erneuerten Gesellschaftsvertrag und dem Weltsozialgipfel im Jahr 2025 hervor und beleben Sie sie.<\/p>

Es bedarf einer Interessenvertretung auf allen Ebenen und vor allem auf globaler Ebene bei den Vereinten Nationen, da sich unsere Regierungen auf zahlreiche Resolutionen auf internationaler Ebene einigen und damit ihre Bereitschaft zur Umsetzung unter Beweis stellen.
