Menschenw\u00fcrdige Arbeit und ein menschenw\u00fcrdiger Lebensunterhalt sind ein wesentlicher Bestandteil dieses Gesellschaftsvertrags und der Beseitigung der Armut. Die Gesellschaft ist besser, wenn mehr Menschen produktiv sind und zu ihrem Wachstum beitragen.\u00a0<\/p><p>Darin wird die Notwendigkeit \u00fcbergreifender Strategien erw\u00e4hnt, darunter: Formalisierung der Besch\u00e4ftigung; Soziale Sicherungssysteme (soziale Sicherheit); Zugang zu hochwertiger Bildung; und digitale Bildungs- und Kompetenztrainingsprogramme. Die Regierungen wurden an die Verpflichtung erinnert, die sie 1995 auf dem Weltgipfel f\u00fcr soziale Entwicklung eingegangen waren. Der Aufruf der Zivilgesellschaft zum Handeln lautete:<\/p><ul><li>Investieren Sie in einen sozialen Basisschutz f\u00fcr alle Mitglieder der Gesellschaft, ohne jegliche Diskriminierung und unabh\u00e4ngig von Nationalit\u00e4t oder Besch\u00e4ftigungsstatus.\u00a0<\/li><li>F\u00f6rdern Sie nachhaltigen ganzheitlichen wirtschaftlichen Fortschritt durch nachhaltige technologische Innovation, die darauf abzielt, gesellschaftliche Harmonie und Schutz der nat\u00fcrlichen Welt in Einklang zu bringen.<\/li><li>Setzen Sie sich f\u00fcr eine zukunftsorientierte Finanzierung und Politik zur Schaffung von Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen ein. Staatliche Institutionen sollten Anreize f\u00fcr die Privatwirtschaft (Unternehmen, Industrie) schaffen, sich einer wesentlichen Aufgabe zu widmen: in die F\u00f6rderung und Freisetzung der Talente junger Menschen zu investieren.<\/li><li>Stellen Sie sicher, dass junge Menschen einen Weg in die Besch\u00e4ftigung haben. Die Programmierung rund um den \u00dcbergang zu menschenw\u00fcrdiger Arbeit erfordert Investitionen in Bildung und hochwertige Ausbildung f\u00fcr alle. Der Zugang zu hochwertiger Bildung und Ausbildung f\u00fcr die am st\u00e4rksten benachteiligten Mitglieder der Bev\u00f6lkerung eines Landes sollte Vorrang haben.
