Der Girls Caucus ist ein \u00f6ffentliches Forum, das wir gemeinsam mit f\u00fcnf anderen NGOs veranstaltet haben, die sich bei den Vereinten Nationen f\u00fcr die Rechte von M\u00e4dchen einsetzen. Die virtuelle Veranstaltung bietet M\u00e4dchen die Gelegenheit, die Fortschritte der Kommission f\u00fcr den Status der Frau (CSW) in Bezug auf die Interessen und Bed\u00fcrfnisse von M\u00e4dchen zu diskutieren und den Nullentwurf und verschiedene Entw\u00fcrfe der vereinbarten Schlussfolgerungen der Kommission zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Gemeinsam schlagen sie \u00c4nderungen und neue Formulierungen in Bezug auf M\u00e4dchen vor und entwickeln Interessenvertretungsstrategien f\u00fcr CSW und dar\u00fcber hinaus. Die Jugendvertretung des Girls Caucus war f\u00fcr mich eine unglaubliche Erfahrung. Die Tatsache, dass ich innerhalb weniger Monate so viele neue Leute \u00fcber das Internet kennenlernen konnte, ist unglaublich. Es war perfekt, intersektionalen Feminismus und sexistische Gesetze, Richtlinien und soziale Normen angemessen zu diskutieren, ohne die Behinderung durch missbilligende und diskriminierende Frauenfeinde.<\/p>

Der Prozess des Verfassens einer Erkl\u00e4rung und der Diskussion dar\u00fcber, welche spezifische Sprache f\u00fcr welche Abschnitte verwendet werden sollte, war mehr als interessant und fesselnd sowie eine echte Lernerfahrung. Den Perspektiven anderer M\u00e4dchen und Frauen aus der ganzen Welt, verschiedenen L\u00e4ndern und Kontinenten zuzuh\u00f6ren, war wie eine Einf\u00fchrung in alle anderen Versionen des Feminismus. So viele Standpunkte, die zu solchen Themen zusammenkamen, erweiterten die Sichtweise jedes Einzelnen, was dazu f\u00fchrte, dass wir die am besten geeigneten Vorschl\u00e4ge fanden.<\/p>

Ich hoffe, dass diese ganze Erfahrung immer beliebter wird und mehr M\u00e4dchen und Frauen die M\u00f6glichkeit gibt, ihre Meinung zu \u00e4u\u00dfern! Es ist eine so wichtige Veranstaltung, an der man teilnehmen kann, und wirklich ein kleines Abenteuer f\u00fcr uns alle! Ich bin so froh, dass ich ein Teil davon sein und sogar mit all diesen tollen Frauen und M\u00e4dchen in Verbindung gebracht werden durfte! Ich m\u00f6chte den Organisatoren dieser Veranstaltungen danken, denn die schiere Menge an Frauen und M\u00e4dchen, die gef\u00fchrt und geschult werden mussten, ist riesig und wir alle sch\u00e4tzen die Menge an Zeit und M\u00fche, die in diese ganze Tortur gesteckt wird.<\/p>

Wenn ich nur eine Sache sagen k\u00f6nnte, die gut gelaufen ist, w\u00fcrde ich wahrscheinlich sagen: alles! Die Interaktionen und das Engagement aller M\u00e4dchen und Frauen w\u00e4hrend der Zoom-Anrufe waren unglaublich und so aufregend! Mit allen zu sprechen und wirklich Meinungen und Standpunkte einzuholen, hat mir wirklich sehr geholfen. Nicht nur, um meinen eigenen Horizont zu erweitern, sondern auch f\u00fcr alle anderen, die andere Aspekte und Erfahrungen h\u00f6ren mussten, um zu entscheiden, wie sie \u00fcber verschiedene Situationen nachdenken sollen.<\/p>

Wenn ich etwas \u00e4ndern k\u00f6nnte, w\u00e4re es eine bessere Kommunikation per E-Mail; Es fiel mir schwer, genau zu verstehen, was geschah, den Namen unserer Aktivit\u00e4ten und die Uhrzeit. Die Antworten waren jedoch so schnell und hilfreich, dass es sich um ein sehr kleines Problem handelte, das von den gro\u00dfartigen Organisatoren sofort gel\u00f6st werden konnte!<\/p>

Wohin als n\u00e4chstes? Hoffentlich werden mehr Frauen und M\u00e4dchen einbezogen. Obwohl wir w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Prozesses eine Menge von beidem hatten, denke ich, dass es umso besser ist, je mehr Perspektiven wir bekommen! Hoffentlich kann dies dazu f\u00fchren, dass das Bewusstsein f\u00fcr die Probleme gesch\u00e4rft wird, mit denen Frauen und M\u00e4dchen heute in unserer Welt und unseren Gemeinschaften konfrontiert sind.<\/p>
