Die erste Gruppe der Mary Ward Youth Advocates startete das Programm Ende letzten Jahres. Wir haben Bewerbungen von 25 Sch\u00fclern von Loreto- und CJ-Schulen in Australien, Indien, Irland, Kenia und Nepal erhalten. Sechzehn der Sch\u00fclerinnen nahmen an verschiedenen virtuellen Interessenvertretungsaktivit\u00e4ten teil, die wir im Vorfeld und w\u00e4hrend CSW67 in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen NGOs, UN Women und der Arbeitsgruppe f\u00fcr M\u00e4dchen organisierten. Sie wurden darin geschult, wie sie sich bei den Vereinten Nationen einsetzen und w\u00e4hrend der CSW mit den Feinheiten der UN-Prozesse umgehen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>

F\u00fcnf Sch\u00fclerinnen nahmen am Girl Statement Writing teil und waren an der Erstellung der m\u00fcndlichen Stellungnahme beteiligt, die von einer ihrer Kommilitoninnen w\u00e4hrend der CSW abgegeben wurde. Die Erkl\u00e4rung wurde von 80 M\u00e4dchen aus 13 L\u00e4ndern verfasst und informiert. Sie forderten die Mitgliedstaaten auf, sichere digitale Plattformen und Lerngemeinschaften zu schaffen und die Stimmen von M\u00e4dchen digital zu f\u00f6rdern. Sie ermutigten sie au\u00dferdem, der digitalen Bildung und Alphabetisierung von M\u00e4dchen Vorrang einzur\u00e4umen. Neun Sch\u00fclerinnen nahmen am Girls Caucus teil, \u00fcberpr\u00fcften den CSW Draft Outcome Statement und arbeiteten mit anderen M\u00e4dchenbef\u00fcrwortern zusammen, um ihre Empfehlungen zu verfassen, die an die Mitgliedstaaten gesendet wurden. Sie listeten wichtige Vorschl\u00e4ge auf, die die Mitgliedstaaten bei Beginn der Verhandlungen ber\u00fccksichtigen sollten, und forderten, dass ihre Vorschl\u00e4ge ernsthaft ber\u00fccksichtigt werden. Sie forderten Zugang zu Technologie, Infrastruktur, digitaler Bildung und Sicherheit. Noch wichtiger war, dass sie forderten, dass M\u00e4dchen in ihrer ganzen Vielfalt in Diskussionen \u00fcber Technologie, Innovation und Bildung im digitalen Zeitalter einbezogen werden.
