M\u00e4rz 2023 in der ECOSOC-Kammer der Vereinten Nationen (UN) statt. DCF spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Anpassung der internationalen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit an das neue und sich ver\u00e4ndernde globale Umfeld sowie die sich entwickelnden Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Priorit\u00e4ten der L\u00e4nder . Es dient als Raum innerhalb der Vereinten Nationen, um Trends und Fortschritte in der internationalen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit zu diskutieren und zukunftsweisende politische Empfehlungen und normative Leitlinien f\u00fcr die Entwicklungszusammenarbeit zur Erreichung der SDGs zu entwickeln.<\/p><p>Als Mitglieder der Zivilgesellschaft und der NGO on Financing for Development (FfD) wurden wir eingeladen, am zweiten Tag eine Intervention zum Thema \u201eBew\u00e4ltigung der digitalen Kluft\u201c zu halten. Wir teilten die Erfahrungen unseres Netzwerks und die unz\u00e4hligen pers\u00f6nlichen und finanziellen Schwierigkeiten, mit denen insbesondere die Menschen im Dienstleistungs- und informellen Sektor konfrontiert waren, die nicht von zu Hause aus arbeiten konnten. Wir bekr\u00e4ftigten, dass der digitale Zugang ein Menschenrecht ist, und forderten die Mitgliedstaaten auf, Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Verbesserung der digitalen und finanziellen Kompetenz, einschlie\u00dflich Sicherheit und Rechnen, bei marginalisierten Gruppen zu ergreifen.
