Sitzung der Kommission f\u00fcr soziale Entwicklung auf soziale Gerechtigkeit als entscheidendes Prinzip der Entwicklungs- und Sozialpolitik zur Verwirklichung des \u00fcbergeordneten Ziels der Armutsbek\u00e4mpfung und der nachhaltigen Entwicklungsziele f\u00fcr 2030.\u00a0<\/p><p>In unserer schriftlichen Erkl\u00e4rung, die wir gemeinsam mit The Grail und VIVAT International eingereicht haben, haben wir hervorgehoben, dass Armut ein geschlechtsspezifisches Problem ist und Frauen und M\u00e4dchen am st\u00e4rksten betroffen sind. Wir haben auch erkl\u00e4rt, dass die Prinzipien der katholischen Soziallehre, die auf einem unersch\u00fctterlichen Glauben an die innewohnende W\u00fcrde des Menschen und die entsprechenden Rechte, die es allen Menschen erm\u00f6glichen, ihr volles Potenzial auszusch\u00f6pfen, beruhen, dieselben Prinzipien sind, die in der Erkl\u00e4rung der Menschenrechte verankert sind.<\/p><p>Die Erfahrungen der Menschen und Gemeinschaften, die wir \u00fcber unsere Netzwerke mit uns geteilt haben, sowie die angebotenen Programme, die zur Erreichung der nachhaltigen Entwicklungsziele (SDG 2030) beitragen, wurden in unsere Erkl\u00e4rung aufgenommen. Wir betonten die Bedeutung hochwertiger Bildung, Gesundheit und Kapazit\u00e4tsaufbau, um Frauen, M\u00e4dchen und ihre Gemeinschaften aus extremer Armut und Verletzlichkeit zu befreien.<\/p><p>In den meisten L\u00e4ndern flie\u00dft ein gro\u00dfer Teil der Staatsausgaben in die Landesverteidigung, die Strafverfolgung und die Polizeiarbeit. Obwohl Untersuchungen zeigen, dass in L\u00e4ndern, in denen eine hochwertige Bildung, eine allgemeine Gesundheitsversorgung und andere soziale Absicherungen f\u00fcr alle zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen, weniger Menschen in Armut leben und die gesamte Gemeinschaft davon profitiert, da es weniger soziale Probleme und Konflikte gibt.\u00a0<\/p><p>Wir forderten die Mitgliedstaaten, Regierungen und f\u00fchrenden Politiker der Welt auf, sich zu Folgendem zu verpflichten:<\/p><ul><li>Erhebliche finanzielle Investitionen zur Erreichung der nachhaltigen Entwicklungsziele, durch die Mittel von milit\u00e4rischen Investitionen auf wirtschaftliche und soziale Entwicklungsma\u00dfnahmen umgeleitet werden.<\/li><li>Sorgen Sie daf\u00fcr, dass die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung nicht auf Kosten unserer Erde geht.<\/li><li>Setzen Sie die nationalen Verfassungs- und Gesetzgebungsgesetze um, die allen Menschen ohne Diskriminierung den gleichen Zugang zu hochwertiger und erschwinglicher Bildung, erschwinglicher Gesundheitsversorgung, sozialer Absicherung und existenzsichernden L\u00f6hnen bieten.<\/li><li>Um die Versprechen der SDGs zu erf\u00fcllen, muss ein voll finanziertes universelles Sozialschutzsystem geschaffen und in dieses investiert werden. Wir fordern die Mitgliedstaaten auf, einen Konsens \u00fcber einen Globalen Fonds f\u00fcr Sozialschutz zu erzielen. Sozialschutzsysteme werden von den Vereinten Nationen als Schl\u00fcsselfaktor f\u00fcr die Verwirklichung der SDGs anerkannt.<\/li><li>Beziehen Sie Menschen mit eigener Erfahrung und direkt Betroffene in die Gestaltung, Umsetzung und Bewertung sozialpolitischer Ma\u00dfnahmen ein.
