The first event was the Beijing+30 Global Adolescent Girl Leadership Town Hall organized by UN Women. The second event was the Girls Statement Writing organized by the Working Group on Girls (WGG).<\/p><p><strong>UN Women Beijing +30 Global Adolescent Girl Leadership Town Hall<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00dcber 85 Delegierte trafen sich zur UN Women Town Hall, wo sie Gelegenheit hatten, ihre Erfahrungen und Ziele f\u00fcr Peking+30 auszutauschen. Diese dynamische Veranstaltung f\u00f6rderte einen intensiven Austausch von Ideen und Erkenntnissen zwischen den Delegierten, den Teilnehmern der wegweisenden Konferenz in Peking 1995, Vertretern der Mitgliedstaaten (CSW-B\u00fcro), UN Women und anderen UN-Organisationen.<\/p><p>Die Sitzung wurde auf einzigartige Weise von heranwachsenden M\u00e4dchen geleitet, wobei zwei unserer eigenen Delegierten \u2013 Ruby aus Nepal und Latifah aus Kenia \u2013 zur Planung der Veranstaltung beitrugen. Das interaktive Format erm\u00f6glichte es den Delegierten, sich aktiv einzubringen, indem sie Fragen stellten und ihre pers\u00f6nlichen Empfehlungen mitteilten. Drei unserer Delegierten \u2013 Ariana aus Peru, Sneha aus Nepal und Njeri aus Kenia \u2013 wurden ausgew\u00e4hlt, Teil des Planungsteams zu sein, das bei der Organisation dieses wichtigen Workshops half.<\/p><p>Ziel dieses Workshops war die Ausarbeitung der m\u00fcndlichen Erkl\u00e4rung der M\u00e4dchen, die bei CSW69 vorgestellt wird. Diese von M\u00e4dchen geleitete Erkl\u00e4rung beleuchtet die kritischen Probleme, mit denen M\u00e4dchen weltweit konfrontiert sind, und bietet gleichzeitig umsetzbare Empfehlungen f\u00fcr die Mitgliedstaaten, um die Gleichstellung der Geschlechter voranzutreiben und die Rechte der M\u00e4dchen zu wahren.<\/p><p>Die Delegierten wurden in Gruppen aufgeteilt, die jeweils unterschiedliche Abschnitte der Erkl\u00e4rung \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen und weiterentwickeln sollten. Unter den Mitwirkenden leisteten 15 IBVM\/CJ-M\u00e4dchendelegierte wertvolle Beitr\u00e4ge zur Gestaltung des Abschlussdokuments. Diese gemeinsame Anstrengung unterstreicht die Macht der Stimmen von M\u00e4dchen, Ver\u00e4nderungen voranzutreiben und die globale Politik zur Gleichstellung der Geschlechter zu beeinflussen.<\/p><p>Die M\u00e4dchen forderten die Mitgliedstaaten und Regierungen dazu auf:<br \/>\u2022 Bereitstellung von Ressourcen und finanzieller Unterst\u00fctzung, um M\u00e4dchen den Zugang zu Bildung zu erm\u00f6glichen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist die Unterst\u00fctzung der Eltern zur Beseitigung geschlechtsspezifischer Vorurteile erforderlich, um Bildungsgerechtigkeit zu erreichen.<br \/>\u2022 In die Bildung von M\u00e4dchen investieren, indem die Infrastruktur ausgebaut, Anreize f\u00fcr Lehrkr\u00e4fte geschaffen und diskriminierende soziale Normen in l\u00e4ndlichen Gebieten beseitigt werden.<br \/>\u2022 Schaffen und finanzieren Sie Umgebungen, die es M\u00e4dchen erm\u00f6glichen, den von ihnen gew\u00fcnschten Berufsm\u00f6glichkeiten und F\u00e4higkeiten nachzugehen.<br \/>\u2022 Finanzieren und implementieren Sie Richtlinien, die: Programme, Selbsthilfegruppen, Online-Ressourcen und sichere R\u00e4ume anbieten.
