Am Mittwoch, dem 28. Juni 2017, nahmen Vertreter der NGO IBVM an der Aktionsveranstaltung der Generalversammlung bei den Vereinten Nationen teil, bei der ein ganzer Tag voller Diskussionsrunden zur Erreichung der 4NS<\/sup> Das Ziel f\u00fcr nachhaltige Entwicklung wurde erreicht.<\/p>

Die Redner der Veranstaltung waren enthusiastisch und entschlossen. Sie pl\u00e4dierten f\u00fcr einen entscheidenden Wandel in der Wahrnehmung von Bildung.<\/p>

Bildung ist weltweit von entscheidender Bedeutung f\u00fcr eine nachhaltige Entwicklung. Bildung legt den Grundstein daf\u00fcr, dass zuk\u00fcnftige Generationen, die in einer Welt leben m\u00fcssen, die mit Problemen des Klimawandels und der Ungleichheit konfrontiert ist, zu Vorreitern eines positiven und nachhaltigen Wandels werden m\u00fcssen. Bildung ist ein Menschenrecht, das T\u00fcren zu Innovation, Besch\u00e4ftigung, Geschlechtergleichheit und vielen anderen Zielen \u00f6ffnet, die die Vereinten Nationen bis 2030 erreichen wollen.<\/p>

Die anschlie\u00dfenden Dialoge verdeutlichten die drei gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen des internationalen Bildungsstandards.<\/p>

  1. Zugang: 263 Millionen junge Menschen und 600 Millionen Erwachsene\/Jugendliche (60% sind Frauen) haben keinen Zugang zu Bildung. Bildung wird nicht als das Menschenrecht angesehen, das sie ist.<\/li>
  2. Qualit\u00e4t: Fast 40% der Sch\u00fcler verlassen die Grundschule, ohne grundlegende Mathematik- oder Sprachkenntnisse zu beherrschen. Bildung erfordert umfangreiche Ressourcen, Schulungen und eine Modernisierung des Lehrplans und des Lernmodells.<\/li>
  3. Governance: Es braucht eine ganzheitliche Vision. W\u00e4hrend ein Top-Down-Ansatz immer noch relevant ist, um eine angemessene Finanzierung der Bildung sicherzustellen, muss es eine st\u00e4rkere Zusammenarbeit mit denjenigen an der Basis geben: Lehrer und Eltern, die einen intensiven Dialog mit wichtigen Entscheidungstr\u00e4gern f\u00fchren.<\/li><\/ol>

    Was ist also die L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr das Problem des Zugangs und der Qualit\u00e4t?<\/h4>

    Innovation!<\/p>

    Obwohl Innovation h\u00e4ufig in Bezug auf Technologie verwendet wird, kann sie viele Formen annehmen. Ein Vertreter von WISE (World Innovation Summit for Education) sprach \u00fcber Innovation in Form einer Lehrplan\u00e4nderung, einer \u00c4nderung standardisierter Tests und der Entwicklung der physischen Schuleinrichtungen.<\/p>

    Leslee Udwin, britische Filmemacherin und Menschenrechtsaktivistin, sprach leidenschaftlich \u00fcber die Notwendigkeit einer Innovation des Schullehrplans. Das war ein Punkt, der dem Raum wirklich auffiel. Die Schule muss wertebasiertes soziales und emotionales Lernen lehren. Bildung kann ein Instrument sein, um die Denkweise junger Menschen zu \u00e4ndern und ihnen beizubringen, wie sie auf friedliche Weise in der Welt leben k\u00f6nnen. \u00a0<\/p>

    Technologie kann als Kanal f\u00fcr Lernergebnisse genutzt werden, und dies war ein Thema, das im zweiten Dialog der Veranstaltung diskutiert wurde. Online-Universit\u00e4ten bieten hochwertige, erschwingliche und leicht zug\u00e4ngliche Bildung f\u00fcr alle Menschen ohne Diskriminierung.<\/p>

    Es ist zu beachten, dass technologische Hilfsmittel ein traditionelles Schulsystem nicht ersetzen sollten. Ein iPad kann die vielf\u00e4ltige Rolle eines mitf\u00fchlenden und einf\u00fchlsamen Lehrers nicht erf\u00fcllen. In dieser Medienrevolution, in der wir uns befinden, sollte die zentrale Rolle der Lehrer nicht untergraben werden.<\/p>

    Das dritte Panel war auf die Planung von Bildung in humanit\u00e4ren Situationen ausgerichtet. Im Angesicht einer Katastrophe ist Bildung am wenigsten belastbar oder hat die geringste Priorit\u00e4t.<\/p>

    Die Generalversammlung schlug vor Drei Ichs<\/strong> f\u00fcrs Weiterkommen:<\/p>

    Investieren<\/strong> Langfristige Finanzierung mit Schwerpunkt auf der Planung und Vorbereitung von Schulen und Kindern.<\/p>

    Verbessern<\/strong> Qualit\u00e4t der Bildung, um die Lernergebnisziele der SDGs zu erreichen. Dies bedeutet, Lehrkapazit\u00e4ten aufzubauen und einen Mechanismus zur Messung des Fortschritts einzusetzen.<\/p>

    Enthalten<\/strong> jedes Kind. Jedes Kind hat das Recht auf eine wirksame Bildung.<\/p>

    Leonor Briones, Sekret\u00e4rin des Bildungsministeriums der Republik der Philippinen, lieferte eine eindringliche Anekdote \u00fcber ihre Erfahrungen als Kind, als sie nach einer katastrophalen Naturkatastrophe f\u00fcr die Schule auf Bananenbl\u00e4tter schrieb. Es war die st\u00e4rkende Kraft des Lernens, die ihr half, die immense Not zu \u00fcberstehen.<\/p>

    Eine wichtige Erkenntnis aus dieser Veranstaltung w\u00e4re, dass Bildung ein Schl\u00fcssel ist, der T\u00fcren zu allen anderen Zielen f\u00fcr nachhaltige Entwicklung \u00f6ffnet.
