der Welt an einer Gleichstellungskampagne der Working Group on Girls teil, einem Netzwerk von NGOs, auf das das IBVM NGO-B\u00fcro stolz ist. Auf der Konferenz diskutierten wir verschiedene Probleme im Zusammenhang mit Frauen und alle m\u00f6glichen L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr diese Probleme.<\/p><p>Wir sprachen \u00fcber verschiedene Probleme wie geschlechtsspezifische Diskriminierung, Bildung von Frauen, Komplexit\u00e4t der Gesundheit von Frauen, Karriere und Mutterschaft usw. Um die L\u00f6sung dieser Probleme zu finden, untersuchten wir zun\u00e4chst die Wurzel dieser Probleme.\u00a0<br \/>Im Allgemeinen sind die Ursachen f\u00fcr fast alle Probleme von Frauen \u00e4hnlich. Einige der Hauptursachen sind Analphabetismus, Patriarchat, fehlende famili\u00e4re Unterst\u00fctzung, mangelnde Umsetzung der Regeln, sexuelle Bel\u00e4stigung usw.<\/p><p>M\u00e4dchen aus der ganzen Welt schlugen L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr verschiedene Probleme vor, teilten ihre Ansichten zu verschiedenen Themen und hatten eine sehr fruchtbare Interaktion. Einige allgemeine L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr die gro\u00dfen Probleme von Frauen erwiesen sich als Bestrafung derjenigen, die sich nicht an die Regeln halten, Gleichstellung der Geschlechter, Chancengleichheit, gleiche Rolle bei der Gestaltung von Beruf und Familie, Beseitigung von abergl\u00e4ubischen Praktiken usw.<\/p><p>Das Programm war sehr fruchtbar und ich m\u00f6chte den IBVM-Organisatoren daf\u00fcr danken, dass wir an dem Programm teilgenommen haben und uns eine so wunderbare Gelegenheit gegeben haben, Teil der internationalen Gleichstellungskampagne CSW zu sein.
