Von Kindesmord \u00fcber Unterern\u00e4hrung bis hin zu fehlender Gesundheitsversorgung und ungleichem Zugang zu Bildung \u2013 die Gleichstellung der Generationen kann nicht erreicht werden, ohne die volle und gleichberechtigte Teilhabe von M\u00e4dchen, ohne ihre Probleme anzugehen, ihre Stimmen zu h\u00f6ren und ihre Pr\u00e4senz sichtbar und konsequent zu machen.<\/p><p>Um diese L\u00fccken und Probleme zu schlie\u00dfen, organisierte die Arbeitsgruppe f\u00fcr M\u00e4dchen in Zusammenarbeit mit der NGO CSW am 16. M\u00e4rz 2021 w\u00e4hrend der 65. Dieser Gespr\u00e4chskreis brachte M\u00e4dchen aus verschiedenen Teilen der Welt zusammen und bot ihnen eine Plattform, um ihre Meinung zu den Themen der Generation Equality Action Coalitions zu \u00e4u\u00dfern.<\/p><p>Die Arbeitsgruppe f\u00fcr M\u00e4dchen&#8217; Der CSW65 Global Girl-Led Conversation Circle in Partnerschaft mit der NGO CSW wurde am 16. M\u00e4rz durchgef\u00fchrt. Ich hatte die Ehre, einen der Gespr\u00e4chskreise zum Thema \u201eFrauen, Frieden und Sicherheit und humanit\u00e4re Hilfe\u201c zu leiten. Bei den Trainingseinheiten, die am 6. und 14. M\u00e4rz stattfanden, wurden wir mit M\u00e4dchen der anderen Organisationen zusammengebracht.<\/p><p>Meine Co-Moderatorin Ashlei und ich hatten zum besseren Verst\u00e4ndnis der Teilnehmer eine Power-Point-Pr\u00e4sentation \u00fcber die Agenda unserer Gruppe vorbereitet. Meine Gruppe war sehr vielf\u00e4ltig und es war wunderbar, so gro\u00dfartige Enthusiasten, Aktivisten und Feministinnen zu unterst\u00fctzen. Ich hatte ein M\u00e4dchen aus den USA, eins aus Pakistan, eins aus Japan und eins aus Indien. Jeder von ihnen zusammen mit Ashlei, meiner Co-Moderatorin, und ich diskutierten die Agenda, tauschten unsere pers\u00f6nlichen Erfahrungen mit der Agenda aus und entwickelten L\u00f6sungen wie die Beteiligung von Frauen an der Entscheidungsfindung und an den Verhandlungstischen, bessere sanit\u00e4re Einrichtungen in Fl\u00fcchtlingslager, Schulklubs, die sich auf die Sicherheit von M\u00e4dchen konzentrieren, damit sie sich in ihren Gemeinden sicher f\u00fchlen und vieles mehr. Die Diskussion war sehr fruchtbar und konstruktiv. Wir teilten auch einige der pers\u00f6nlichen Projekte, an denen wir arbeiteten, und brachten Techniken zur Finanzierung und Vernetzung mit.<\/p><p>Als die Diskussion vorbei war, nahmen Riya und Clara, die M\u00e4dchenanw\u00e4lte der WGG, unsere Eingaben auf und schlossen den Gespr\u00e4chskreis. Sp\u00e4ter hatten wir die Nachbesprechung, in der wir unsere Erfahrungen austauschten und Feedback gaben.<\/p><p>Am 17. M\u00e4rz hatten wir den Girls\u201f Caucus, bei dem wir \u00c4nderungen am Zero Draft der vereinbarten Schlussfolgerungen f\u00fcr CSW65 vorschlugen. Wir hatten ehrlich gesagt erf\u00fcllende Diskussionen, w\u00e4hrend wir \u00c4nderungsvorschl\u00e4ge machten, und es war wunderbar, in den Entscheidungsprozess eingebunden zu sein.<\/p><p>Am 18. M\u00e4rz habe ich an einer der Girls\u201f Open House Sessions teilgenommen.\u201c Die Open House Session war ein M\u00e4dchenraum, in dem wir miteinander interagierten und uns kennen lernten.<\/p><p>Diese drei Tage haben mich zu einem besseren Menschen gemacht, selbstbewusster und mutiger. Wir haben Menschen aus aller Welt und ihre Perspektiven kennengelernt und unsere Meinung mit ihnen geteilt. Die gesamte Veranstaltung hat mir geholfen, mein Netzwerk aufzubauen, zu lernen und zu wachsen.
