M\u00e4rz, von 19:00 bis 9:30 Uhr am n\u00e4chsten Tag, habe ich an 6 Online-Konferenzen CSW65 teilgenommen. Dazu geh\u00f6rten &#039;Dolores Huerta: Teaching a Civil Rights Icon via Art, Music and Poetry&#039;, &#039;I&#039;m Speaking&#039; eine Veranstaltung zu Ehren des Women&#039;s History Month&#039;, &#039;Hexcraft and Hexenverfolgung im fr\u00fchen Neuengland&#039;, &#039;YEP Forum and WIPA present : Women in Energy\u201c, \u201eInternational Women&#039;s Day Speakers Series #IMEVERYWOMAN\u201c und \u201eI am a Fighter\u201c, eine Veranstaltung zu Ehren des Monats der Frauengeschichte\u201c.\u00a0<\/p><p>Diese Konferenzen beleuchteten die K\u00e4mpfe, mit denen Frauen und farbige Menschen in der Belegschaft konfrontiert sind, und diskutierten andere Themen wie die Art und Weise, wie Kultur, Rasse und sexuelle Orientierung die Art und Weise beeinflussen, wie man in der Gesellschaft und in der Arbeit wahrgenommen oder repr\u00e4sentiert wird Kraft, sowie die Anzahl der M\u00f6glichkeiten und die H\u00f6he der Anerkennung, die sie erhalten. Was mir besonders auffiel, war die Diskussion dar\u00fcber, wie Menschen wie ich; Eine junge Frau mit einer Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Gerechtigkeit kann unsere Welt ver\u00e4ndern. Mit der richtigen Anleitung k\u00f6nnen Frauen in allen Bereichen der Belegschaft Ver\u00e4nderungen anstreben, wenn sie sich f\u00fcr Gerechtigkeit und Gleichberechtigung einsetzen. Jeder kann Ver\u00e4nderungen vorantreiben, indem er hoffnungsvoll in die Zukunft blickt und Fragen stellt wie \u201eWird das, was ich tue, jemandem zugute kommen, der marginalisierter ist als ich selbst?\u201c\u00a0<\/p><p>Insgesamt lehrten mich diese Konferenzen, wie wichtig es ist, in einer Welt, in der Probleme wie Diskriminierung, Kinderheirat, Armut und mangelnde Bildung insbesondere bei Frauen und M\u00e4dchen bestehen, nach Gleichberechtigung und Gerechtigkeit zu streben. Nach diesen Konferenzen wurde mir klar, wie wichtig es f\u00fcr mich war, mein Wissen und meine Privilegien zu nutzen, um meine Mitmenschen aufzukl\u00e4ren und unangenehme Gespr\u00e4che \u00fcber soziale Ungerechtigkeit zu f\u00fchren.
