Sie wird auf jedem Kontinent, in jeder sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Klasse begangen und von jeder Regierungsform, jeder gro\u00dfen Religion und jeder Art von Gemeinde- oder Familienstruktur in unterschiedlichem Ma\u00dfe sanktioniert.\u00a0<\/p><p>Es gibt keinen vollst\u00e4ndigen Zufluchtsort f\u00fcr das M\u00e4dchen, nur das Versprechen st\u00e4rkerer Rechtsregime und robusterer nichtstaatlicher Hilfe. Die\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unicef.org.au\/our-work\/information-for-children\/un-convention-on-the-rights-of-the-child\">\u00dcbereinkommen der Vereinten Nationen \u00fcber die Rechte des Kindes<\/a>\u00a0(1989) definiert ein Kind als: \u201eMensch unter 18 Jahren, es sei denn, nach dem f\u00fcr dieses Kind geltenden Recht wird die Vollj\u00e4hrigkeit fr\u00fcher erreicht\u201c.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Zwangs- und Kinderehen verwickeln junge M\u00e4dchen in Beziehungen, die sie ihrer grundlegenden Menschenrechte berauben. Die in Teilen der Welt weit verbreitete Praxis der weiblichen Genitalverst\u00fcmmelung verst\u00f6\u00dft gegen eine Reihe etablierter Menschenrechtsprinzipien.<\/p><p>Sexuelle Ausbeutung, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stopvaw.org\/human_trafficking_2\">Handel<\/a>, und Prostitution bergen erhebliche Risiken f\u00fcr die geistige und k\u00f6rperliche Gesundheit des M\u00e4dchens.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.unicef.org\/index.php\">UNICEFs<\/a> Die Initiative zur Beendigung des Kinderhandels umfasst Jungen und M\u00e4dchen. Wir wissen jedoch, dass M\u00e4dchen einem weitaus gr\u00f6\u00dferen Risiko f\u00fcr bestimmte Arten von Menschenhandel ausgesetzt sind, einschlie\u00dflich Hausarbeit und Sexhandel.<\/p><p>In mehreren L\u00e4ndern ist sexuelle Bel\u00e4stigung von M\u00e4dchen sowohl am Arbeitsplatz als auch in der Schule weit verbreitet. M\u00e4dchen, die als Hausangestellte oder als Industriearbeiterinnen besch\u00e4ftigt sind, sind von ihren Arbeitgebern sexueller Bel\u00e4stigung und Ausbeutung ausgesetzt. M\u00e4dchen, die eine Schule besuchen, werden oft von Lehrern oder Gleichaltrigen schikaniert.<\/p><p>Im Namen von &#8220;Ehre begangene Verbrechen&#8221; richten sich gegen Tausende von M\u00e4dchen auf der ganzen Welt, die jedes Jahr get\u00f6tet werden, weil sie als unehrenhaft erachtete \u00dcbertretungen begehen oder dazu f\u00e4hig sind. Das verletzlichste Opfer des Krieges ist das M\u00e4dchen. Diese lange Liste von Gewalttaten gegen M\u00e4dchen erhebt keinen Anspruch auf Vollst\u00e4ndigkeit.
