Das \u00dcbereinkommen 190 der Internationalen Arbeitsorganisation (ILO) und die dazugeh\u00f6rige Empfehlung 206 bilden den gesetzlichen und politischen Rahmen f\u00fcr die Bek\u00e4mpfung von Gewalt und Bel\u00e4stigung in der Arbeitswelt, einschlie\u00dflich geschlechtsspezifischer Gewalt.<\/p><p>Die COVID-19-Krise hat die Unbest\u00e4ndigkeit des Arbeitsplatzes deutlich gemacht und den Druck auf die am st\u00e4rksten gef\u00e4hrdeten Personen, insbesondere Frauen, Jugendliche, Kinder, Migranten, Fl\u00fcchtlinge und Menschen mit Behinderungen, versch\u00e4rft. Die Risiken, denen Arbeitnehmer ausgesetzt sind, einschlie\u00dflich h\u00e4uslicher Gewalt und Cybermobbing, m\u00fcssen angegangen werden.\u00a0<\/p><p>Da eine Reihe von Mitgliedstaaten es vers\u00e4umt haben, ILO C190 zu ratifizieren und umzusetzen, muss ein Aufruf erfolgen, sie an die Bedeutung zu erinnern.
