Es ist das erste Mal, dass sich eine der ECOSOC-Kommissionen mit Obdachlosigkeit befasst. Das vorrangige Thema von &#8220;Bezahlbarer Wohnraum und Sozialschutzsysteme f\u00fcr alle zur Bek\u00e4mpfung von Obdachlosigkeit&#8221; erkennt an, dass Obdachlosigkeit alle L\u00e4nder betrifft, sowohl im globalen Norden als auch im S\u00fcden. Die Erkl\u00e4rung der Zivilgesellschaft besagt, dass ein sicheres Zuhause die Grundlage aller menschlichen Bed\u00fcrfnisse ist.
