Viele stehen an vorderster Front, um die Rechte der Fl\u00fcchtlinge aus der Ukraine und der Migranten an der US-Grenze zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/p><p>Wir sind uns der K\u00e4mpfe von Migranten und Fl\u00fcchtlingen bewusst, insbesondere wenn die Welt mit Pandemien, Krieg, Klimawandel, Wirtschaftskrise usw. konfrontiert ist, die die Menschen zur Flucht zwingen. Laut dem Weltmigrationsbericht 2022 der Internationalen Organisation f\u00fcr Migration (IOM) gab es nach aktueller globaler Sch\u00e4tzung im Jahr 2020 rund 281 Millionen internationale Migranten auf der Welt, was 3,6 Prozent der Weltbev\u00f6lkerung entspricht.<\/p><p>Im Jahr 2018 kamen die Staats- und Regierungschefs der Welt zusammen, um L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr eine sichere, geordnete und regul\u00e4re Migration zu finden. Der <a href=\"https:\/\/migrationnetwork.un.org\/sites\/g\/files\/tmzbdl416\/files\/docs\/gcm.pdf\">Globaler Pakt f\u00fcr sichere, geordnete und regul\u00e4re Migration<\/a> (GCM) ist ein internationales Abkommen, das im Dezember 2018 verabschiedet wurde. Als erster globaler Rahmen f\u00fcr die Migrationssteuerung zielt es darauf ab, die internationale Zusammenarbeit in allen Aspekten der Migration, einschlie\u00dflich Menschenrechten, humanit\u00e4ren Bed\u00fcrfnissen und Entwicklung, zu verbessern.<\/p><p>Im Jahr 2022, vier Jahre nach der Verabschiedung des Globalen Pakts f\u00fcr Migration, kamen Regierungen, Interessengruppen und das UN-System zusammen, um die Erfolge und Herausforderungen bei der Umsetzung dieses Kooperationsrahmens zu diskutieren. Das erste Internationale Migrationsforum (IMRF) fand vom 17. bis 20. Mai in der Generalversammlung in New York statt, um die Fortschritte zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, die auf lokaler, nationaler, regionaler und globaler Ebene bei der Umsetzung des GCM erzielt wurden.<\/p><p>Das IMRF 2022 bestand aus vier interaktiven Rundtischgespr\u00e4chen mit mehreren Interessengruppen; ein politischer Dialog; und eine Plenarsitzung. Es gab eine zwischenstaatliche vereinbarte Fortschrittserkl\u00e4rung (<a href=\"https:\/\/view.officeapps.live.com\/op\/view.aspx?src=https%3A%2F%2Fjcor2030.org%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2022%2F05%2FIMRF_Progress_Declaration_REV4_9_May_2022_FINAL.docx&amp;wdOrigin=BROWSELINK\">siehe Rev4<\/a>). Dieses Dokument ist das formelle Ergebnis des IMRF. Obwohl f\u00fcr UN-Mitgliedstaaten nicht rechtsverbindlich, dienen die Analyse der Fortschritte und M\u00e4ngel der GCM-Umsetzung in den letzten vier Jahren und die empfohlenen Ma\u00dfnahmen als Grundlage f\u00fcr die Migrationspolitik und Interessenvertretung von der globalen bis zur lokalen Ebene bis zum n\u00e4chsten IMRF.<\/p><p>Die Zivilgesellschaft aus aller Welt war bei der Vorbereitung auf das IMRF gut organisiert. Die regionalen und nationalen Konsultationen fanden auf verschiedenen Ebenen statt. Im Vorfeld des IMRF versammelten sich am 15. Mai Vertreter der Zivilgesellschaft aus der ganzen Welt in New York und online, um am IMRF teilzunehmen <a href=\"https:\/\/csactioncommittee.org\/civil-society-preparatory-day\/\">Vorbereitungstag der Zivilgesellschaft<\/a> (CSPD).<\/p><p>Ziel des CSPD war es, zivilgesellschaftlichen IMRF-Teilnehmern eine umfassende und angemessene Vorbereitung zu erm\u00f6glichen, um sich koh\u00e4rent und organisiert an IMRF-Diskussionen zu beteiligen. Es stellte den H\u00f6hepunkt eines einj\u00e4hrigen Prozesses mit Vorbereitungssitzungen der Zivilgesellschaft, Dialogen zur Interessenvertretung und Konsultationen dar, der Mitte 2021 begann. Die Vormittagssitzung des CPSD blickte auf die vier Jahre der GCM-Umsetzung seit seiner Verabschiedung im Jahr 2018 zur\u00fcck. Regionale Berichte von Vertretern der Zivilgesellschaft st\u00fctzten sich auf die Diskussionen und Schlussfolgerungen der regionalen GCM-\u00dcberpr\u00fcfungsprozesse, um L\u00fccken und Herausforderungen zu identifizieren und auf den Fortschrittsentwurf zu reagieren Erkl\u00e4rung.<\/p><p>Obwohl das erste IMRF vorbei ist, gibt es noch viel mehr zu tun, um die Rechte aller Migranten \u00fcberall zu sch\u00fctzen.
