Es war das erste Mal, dass ich an einer solchen Veranstaltung teilnahm, und ich entdeckte schnell das wahre Engagement und die Fachkompetenz aller an der Organisation der Veranstaltung Beteiligten. Es war unglaublich bereichernd, durch die Erstellung des Posters und die Unterst\u00fctzung bei der Durchf\u00fchrung zur Veranstaltung beizutragen, und ich versp\u00fcrte ein gro\u00dfes Gef\u00fchl des Stolzes, mitarbeiten zu m\u00fcssen, um den Erfolg der Veranstaltung sicherzustellen.<\/p><p>Der bemerkenswerteste Aspekt der Veranstaltung war f\u00fcr mich die Intelligenz und der Enthusiasmus der jungen Frauen und M\u00e4dchen, die an der Veranstaltung teilnahmen. Ich war so erstaunt \u00fcber ihre Leidenschaft, die Artikulation ihrer Meinungen und ihren gleichgesinnten Wunsch, Ver\u00e4nderungen herbeizuf\u00fchren und sich f\u00fcr soziale Themen einzusetzen. F\u00fcr mich war es inspirierend zu sehen, wie unsere Generation von M\u00e4dchen und jungen Frauen solche Ver\u00e4nderungen herbeif\u00fchrt. Ich war begeistert, Teil eines so ermutigenden Gespr\u00e4chs zu sein, bei dem alle Meinungen gesch\u00e4tzt wurden und die Vielfalt verschiedener Kulturen, Rassen, Hintergr\u00fcnde und Altersgruppen gefeiert wurde.<\/p><p>Der Conversation Circle war eine hervorragende Gelegenheit, mit Frauen und M\u00e4dchen aus der ganzen Welt in Kontakt zu treten, und ich habe ihn sehr genossen. Ich bin fest davon \u00fcberzeugt, dass Gespr\u00e4che und Veranstaltungen wie diese von zentraler Bedeutung f\u00fcr soziale Gerechtigkeit sind und echte Ver\u00e4nderungen und Hoffnung schaffen. Ich ermutige andere, in Zukunft an Veranstaltungen wie dieser teilzunehmen und sich daran zu beteiligen, da ich mich durch die Gespr\u00e4che sehr gest\u00e4rkt und getr\u00f6stet f\u00fchlte, wie viele Menschen sich ebenfalls f\u00fcr Ver\u00e4nderungen einsetzen. Die Teilnahme am WGG Virtual Conversation Circle war f\u00fcr mich eine transformierende Erfahrung. Es hat meinen Glauben best\u00e4rkt, dass Ver\u00e4nderung beim Einzelnen und seinen Handlungen und Meinungen beginnen kann. Ich habe mehr dar\u00fcber erfahren, wie wichtig Bildung und Technologie f\u00fcr die Gleichstellung der Geschlechter und die St\u00e4rkung von Frauen und M\u00e4dchen sind.<\/p><p>Diese Veranstaltung war eine Gelegenheit, mit Frauen und M\u00e4dchen aus der ganzen Welt in Kontakt zu treten und von ihnen zu lernen, etwas, wof\u00fcr wir normalerweise aufgrund der Standorte eingeschr\u00e4nkt sind.
