Dichos arreglos podr\u00e1n hacerse con organizaciones internacionales y, cuando proceda, con organizaciones nacionales, previa consulta con el Miembro de las Naciones Unidas interesado. &amp; #8221;<\/p><p>Esto allan\u00f3 el camino para que la sociedad civil se comprometiera con la ONU y obtuviera estatus consultivo.
