Las Comisiones de la ONU son las principales v\u00edas donde las organizaciones no gubernamentales (ONG) llevan las voces y preocupaciones de la gente de todo el mundo y tratan de influir en las pol\u00edticas que afectan a la gente y al planeta. El tema Prioritario de la Comisi\u00f3n de Desarrollo Social 2023 fue \u201cCrear empleo pleno y productivo y trabajo decente para todos como forma de superar las desigualdades para acelerar la recuperaci\u00f3n de la pandemia de COVID-19 y la plena implementaci\u00f3n de la Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible. &quot;<\/p><p>Como organizaci\u00f3n miembro del Comit\u00e9 de ONG para el Desarrollo Social (NGO CSocD), brindamos aportes al proyecto de resoluci\u00f3n, redactamos puntos de promoci\u00f3n y nos reunimos con embajadores y delegados de varios pa\u00edses (conocidos como visitas de misi\u00f3n) para contribuir a las discusiones y resoluciones. Dado que nuestros miembros (IBVM y CJ) est\u00e1n involucrados en la creaci\u00f3n de trabajo decente para personas de comunidades marginadas, en su mayor\u00eda mujeres y j\u00f3venes, pudimos expresar sus inquietudes.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, compartimos nuestras buenas pr\u00e1cticas en un evento paralelo que organizamos con otras ONG durante la Comisi\u00f3n. El evento titulado \u201cTrabajo decente para todos: poner fin a la vulnerabilidad a trav\u00e9s de la educaci\u00f3n y el empoderamiento econ\u00f3mico\u201d, incluy\u00f3 en el panel a tres de nuestras Hermanas de India, Kenia y Eslovaquia, junto con un joven del Centro Social Mary Ward de Calcuta, India. El orador principal fue la Embajadora Allie Kabba, Representante Permanente de la Misi\u00f3n de Sierra Leona ante las Naciones Unidas.<\/p><p>Nuestra pasante, Prateeksha Shukla, junto con otro joven de la Fundaci\u00f3n Red Dot, uno de nuestros copatrocinadores, fueron los moderadores. Los oradores destacaron su compromiso con las comunidades locales, los grupos de j\u00f3venes y mujeres para brindar educaci\u00f3n de calidad, programas de desarrollo de habilidades y diversas actividades de microfinanciamiento, apoy\u00e1ndolos para crear empleos y medios de vida para s\u00ed mismos. Compartieron historias de c\u00f3mo mujeres j\u00f3venes y ni\u00f1as de comunidades rurales, a trav\u00e9s del apoyo socioecon\u00f3mico, est\u00e1n reconstruyendo sus vidas y trabajando para poner fin a su vulnerabilidad. Tambi\u00e9n escuchamos la experiencia vivida por los j\u00f3venes participantes. Abordar la creciente desigualdad econ\u00f3mica y social a trav\u00e9s de protecci\u00f3n social universal, pol\u00edticas salariales y formalizaci\u00f3n del trabajo.<br \/>2. Promulgar pol\u00edticas y programas inclusivos, centrados en las personas y sensibles al g\u00e9nero.<br \/>3. Proporcionar educaci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n, perfeccionamiento y capacitaci\u00f3n digital para todos.<br \/>4. Invertir en iniciativas y pol\u00edticas para la creaci\u00f3n y redistribuci\u00f3n del capital humano.<br \/>5.
