La sociedad es mejor cuando m\u00e1s personas son productivas y contribuyen a su crecimiento.\u00a0<\/p><p>Menciona la necesidad de estrategias transversales que incluyan: Formalizaci\u00f3n del empleo; Sistemas de protecci\u00f3n social (seguridad social); Acceso a una educaci\u00f3n de calidad; y Programas de educaci\u00f3n digital y capacitaci\u00f3n en habilidades. Se record\u00f3 a los gobiernos el compromiso que asumieron en la Cumbre Mundial sobre Desarrollo Social de 1995. El llamado a la acci\u00f3n de la sociedad civil fue:<\/p><ul><li>Invertir en pisos de protecci\u00f3n social para todos los miembros de la sociedad, sin discriminaci\u00f3n por ning\u00fan motivo e independientemente de su nacionalidad o situaci\u00f3n laboral.\u00a0<\/li><li>Fomentar el progreso econ\u00f3mico hol\u00edstico sostenido a trav\u00e9s de la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica sostenible que busque equilibrar la armon\u00eda social y la protecci\u00f3n del mundo natural.<\/li><li>Comprometerse a pol\u00edticas de financiaci\u00f3n y creaci\u00f3n de empleo con visi\u00f3n de futuro. Las instituciones estatales deber\u00edan crear incentivos para que el sector privado (empresas, industria) se comprometa con un deber esencial: invertir en fomentar y liberar los talentos de los j\u00f3venes.<\/li><li>Garantizar que los j\u00f3venes tengan un camino hacia el empleo. La programaci\u00f3n en torno a la transici\u00f3n al trabajo decente exige inversiones en educaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n de alta calidad para todos. Se debe dar prioridad al acceso a una educaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n de calidad para los miembros m\u00e1s desfavorecidos de la poblaci\u00f3n de una naci\u00f3n.
