El FCD desempe\u00f1a un papel fundamental en la adaptaci\u00f3n de la cooperaci\u00f3n internacional para el desarrollo al nuevo y cambiante entorno global y a las necesidades y prioridades cambiantes de los pa\u00edses. . Sirve como espacio dentro de la ONU para discutir tendencias y avances en la cooperaci\u00f3n internacional para el desarrollo y desarrollar recomendaciones de pol\u00edticas con visi\u00f3n de futuro y orientaci\u00f3n normativa sobre la cooperaci\u00f3n para el desarrollo hacia el logro de los ODS.<\/p><p>Como miembros de la sociedad civil y de la ONG sobre Financiamiento para el Desarrollo (FpD), fuimos invitados a realizar una intervenci\u00f3n el segundo d\u00eda sobre c\u00f3mo abordar la brecha digital. Compartimos la experiencia de nuestra red y las innumerables dificultades personales y financieras que enfrentan, especialmente las personas del sector informal y de servicios que no pueden trabajar desde casa. Reiteramos que el acceso digital es un derecho humano y pedimos a los Estados miembros que tomen medidas para aumentar la alfabetizaci\u00f3n digital y financiera, incluida la seguridad y la aritm\u00e9tica entre los grupos marginados.
