{"id":1452,"date":"2017-07-11T00:57:04","date_gmt":"2017-07-11T00:57:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ibvmunngo.org\/?p=1452"},"modified":"2017-07-11T00:57:04","modified_gmt":"2017-07-11T00:57:04","slug":"redefiniendo-la-pobreza-en-el-fpan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ibvmunngo.org\/es\/redefiniendo-la-pobreza-en-el-fpan\/","title":{"rendered":"Redefiniendo la pobreza en el HLPF"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>La reuni\u00f3n de hoy brind\u00f3 a las voces nuevas y poderosas una plataforma para discutir sus ideas innovadoras y progresistas centradas en la erradicaci\u00f3n de la pobreza.<\/h1>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1455\" src=\"http:\/\/ibvmunngo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/IMG_2665-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_2665\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El primer d\u00eda del Foro Pol\u00edtico de Alto Nivel en las Naciones Unidas abord\u00f3 c\u00f3mo los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible adoptan un enfoque inclusivo y multidimensional de la pobreza que nunca antes se hab\u00eda visto en una agenda de la ONU.<\/p>\n<p>Tiempos desesperados exigen medidas innovadoras &amp; #8230;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>\u00cdndice de pobreza multidimensional (IPM)<\/strong><\/span> es la nueva medida propuesta de la pobreza a nivel mundial. La riqueza se redefine como cantidad de educaci\u00f3n, atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, inclusi\u00f3n social, violencia, privaciones que recibe un individuo, as\u00ed como medidas monetarias de ingresos. Este nuevo modo de medir las tendencias es el cambio radical que el mundo necesita para cumplir realmente el objetivo de \u201cno dejar a nadie atr\u00e1s\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Con Colombia como una de las primeras naciones en implementar MPI en la pol\u00edtica gubernamental, hablaron con cari\u00f1o de las mejoras que ha experimentado su pa\u00eds desde que pudieron monitorear y comprender profundamente la naturaleza de su crisis de pobreza y los impulsores de su pobreza. MPI permiti\u00f3 que Columbia tomara decisiones informadas sobre la designaci\u00f3n de recursos y la detecci\u00f3n de tendencias peligrosas.<\/p>\n<p>Estos datos m\u00e1s refinados son esenciales para el bienestar general de las personas vulnerables, espec\u00edficamente los ni\u00f1os. UNICEF habl\u00f3 sobre la necesidad de priorizar a esta generaci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1os necesitados si queremos erradicar la pobreza para la pr\u00f3xima generaci\u00f3n. La recompensa por invertir en los ni\u00f1os de hoy supera con creces el costo inicial de la inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En \u00faltima instancia, esta conferencia arroj\u00f3 luz sobre la importancia de <strong>REDEFINIENDO LA POBREZA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gran parte de la poblaci\u00f3n que envejece se ve privada de la inclusi\u00f3n social, algunas familias de clase media se ven privadas de una educaci\u00f3n decente, muchas mujeres se ven privadas de oportunidades de empleo, algunos residentes rurales se ven privados de agua potable. Todas estas son formas de pobreza, no relacionadas con los ingresos.<\/p>\n<p>Al igual que los propios ODS, este nuevo enfoque de la pobreza es inclusivo, interconectado y multifac\u00e9tico.
