La desigualdad de g\u00e9nero prevalece en la vida de una ni\u00f1a desde el primer d\u00eda que nace. Desde el infanticidio hasta la desnutrici\u00f3n, la falta de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y el acceso desigual a la educaci\u00f3n, la Generaci\u00f3n Igualdad no puede lograrse sin la participaci\u00f3n plena y equitativa de las ni\u00f1as, sin que se aborden sus problemas, se escuche su voz y se haga visible y coherente su presencia.<\/p>

Para abordar estas brechas y problemas, el Grupo de Trabajo sobre ni\u00f1as, en colaboraci\u00f3n con la ONG CSW, organiz\u00f3 el C\u00edrculo de Conversaci\u00f3n Global de Ni\u00f1as el 16 de marzo de 2021 durante la 65a sesi\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n de la Condici\u00f3n Jur\u00eddica y Social de la Mujer de las Naciones Unidas. Este c\u00edrculo de conversaci\u00f3n reuni\u00f3 a ni\u00f1as de diferentes partes del mundo y les brind\u00f3 una plataforma para expresar sus opiniones sobre los temas de las Coaliciones de Acci\u00f3n de Generaci\u00f3n por la Igualdad.<\/p>

El Grupo de Trabajo sobre Ni\u00f1as & #8217; El C\u00edrculo de Conversaci\u00f3n Global Dirigido por Ni\u00f1as de CSW65 en asociaci\u00f3n con la ONG CSW se llev\u00f3 a cabo el 16 de marzo. Tuve el honor de facilitar uno de los c\u00edrculos de conversaci\u00f3n que se centr\u00f3 en el tema \u201cMujeres, paz y seguridad y acci\u00f3n humanitaria\u201d. Nos emparejaron con chicas de otras organizaciones en las sesiones de formaci\u00f3n que fueron los d\u00edas 6 y 14 de marzo.<\/p>

Mi co-facilitadora, Ashlei y yo hab\u00edamos preparado una presentaci\u00f3n en power point sobre la agenda de nuestro grupo para una mejor comprensi\u00f3n de los participantes. Mi grupo era bastante diverso y fue maravilloso facilitar a tan grandes entusiastas, activistas y feministas. Tuve una chica de los Estados Unidos, una de Pakist\u00e1n, una de Jap\u00f3n y una de la India. Cada una de ellas junto con Ashlei, quien fue mi co-facilitadora, y yo discutimos la agenda, compartimos nuestras experiencias personales relacionadas con la agenda y propusimos soluciones como, participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en la toma de decisiones y en las mesas de negociaci\u00f3n, mejor saneamiento en campamentos de refugiados, clubes escolares centrados en la seguridad de las ni\u00f1as para que se sientan seguras en sus comunidades y muchos m\u00e1s. La discusi\u00f3n fue bastante fruct\u00edfera y constructiva. Tambi\u00e9n compartimos algunos de los proyectos personales en los que est\u00e1bamos trabajando y vinimos con t\u00e9cnicas para recaudar fondos y establecer contactos.<\/p>

Una vez que termin\u00f3 la discusi\u00f3n, Riya y Clara, las ni\u00f1as defensoras de WGG, tomaron nuestras aportaciones y cerraron el c\u00edrculo de conversaci\u00f3n. M\u00e1s tarde, tuvimos la sesi\u00f3n informativa en la que compartimos nuestras experiencias y dimos la retroalimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>

El 17 de marzo, tuvimos el Caucus de Ni\u00f1as donde sugerimos enmiendas al Borrador Cero de las Conclusiones Acordadas para CSW65. Honestamente, tuvimos discusiones satisfactorias mientras suger\u00edamos enmiendas y fue maravilloso estar involucrado en el proceso de toma de decisiones.<\/p>

El 18 de marzo particip\u00e9 en una de las sesiones de puertas abiertas para ni\u00f1as \u201d. La sesi\u00f3n de puertas abiertas fue un espacio de chicas donde interactuamos y nos conocimos.<\/p>

Estos tres d\u00edas me hicieron una mejor persona, m\u00e1s segura y audaz. Llegamos a conocer a personas de todo el mundo y sus perspectivas y compartimos nuestras opiniones con ellos. Todo el evento me ayud\u00f3 a construir mi red, aprender y crecer. Las discusiones fueron bastante enriquecedoras y espero que tengamos m\u00e1s c\u00edrculos de conversaci\u00f3n como este en el futuro.<\/p>
