Celebrando el tema &#039;Somos los campeones&#039;; este d\u00eda reconoce los Derechos Humanos de las Personas Mayores y de quienes ayudan a defenderlos como se establece en la Declaraci\u00f3n Universal de Derechos Humanos. En una poblaci\u00f3n que envejece, este d\u00eda reafirma el compromiso de promover el disfrute pleno e igualitario de todos los derechos humanos y libertades fundamentales por parte de las Personas Mayores. El tema de 2018 tiene como objetivo aumentar la conciencia mundial y las oportunidades para la poblaci\u00f3n que envejece. A medida que el mundo envejece, la necesidad de inclusi\u00f3n, atenci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de las personas mayores es vital. Es necesario prestar m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n a los desaf\u00edos espec\u00edficos de este grupo demogr\u00e1fico para garantizar que las personas mayores sean visibles y sus con<a href=\"http:\/\/ibvmunngo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/fullsizeoutput_80.jpeg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1780\" src=\"http:\/\/ibvmunngo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/fullsizeoutput_80-300x231.jpeg\" alt=\"fullsizeoutput_80\" width=\"300\" height=\"231\"><\/a>se abordan los cerns. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Crear una sociedad cohesionada e inclusiva es fundamental para garantizar que la poblaci\u00f3n que envejece est\u00e9 a salvo de la discriminaci\u00f3n y la exclusi\u00f3n, donde pueda participar en todos los pilares sociales.
