El Grupo de Trabajo sobre Ni\u00f1os y J\u00f3venes del comit\u00e9 de ONG para Detener la Trata de Personas recomienda que los Estados Miembros implementen una legislaci\u00f3n contra la trata que proteja a los ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes y exija su trato como v\u00edctimas y no como criminales.<\/p>

Pide a la sociedad civil que haga campa\u00f1a por la ratificaci\u00f3n y la implementaci\u00f3n efectiva de la legislaci\u00f3n internacional como el Protocolo de Palermo y la Convenci\u00f3n sobre los Derechos del Ni\u00f1o.<\/p>
