El tema prioritario fue &quot;La participaci\u00f3n plena y efectiva de las mujeres y la toma de decisiones en la vida p\u00fablica, as\u00ed como la eliminaci\u00f3n de la violencia, para lograr la igualdad de g\u00e9nero y el empoderamiento de todas las mujeres y ni\u00f1as&quot;. La comisi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n revis\u00f3 las conclusiones acordadas de la 60\u00aa sesi\u00f3n, &quot;Empoderamiento de la mujer y el v\u00ednculo con el desarrollo sostenible&quot;.<\/p><p>Es importante que los problemas que enfrentan las ni\u00f1as, que en la mayor\u00eda de los casos son muy diferentes a los de las mujeres, tambi\u00e9n sean abordados por la comisi\u00f3n y los estados miembros de la ONU. Junto con las otras ONG miembros del Grupo de Trabajo sobre Ni\u00f1as, presentamos nuestra Declaraci\u00f3n Escrita llamando la atenci\u00f3n sobre los problemas que enfrentan las ni\u00f1as.<\/p><p>La declaraci\u00f3n destac\u00f3 que \u201clas ni\u00f1as est\u00e1n cada vez m\u00e1s en riesgo, no solo debido a la pandemia de COVID y la crisis clim\u00e1tica, sino por la falta de voluntad de los adultos para priorizar los derechos de las ni\u00f1as a la igualdad y comprometerse a abordar todas las formas en que las ni\u00f1as contin\u00faan siendo dejadas atr\u00e1s .
