Este a\u00f1o fue el 26 de septiembre. El tema fue \"Hacia un \"NOSOTROS\" todav\u00eda m\u00e1s amplio.<\/p><p>Estamos llamados a recordar a las muchas personas vulnerables que se ven obligadas a huir de sus hogares en busca de un futuro m\u00e1s seguro. Estamos llamados a abrir nuestro coraz\u00f3n, a ser acogedores, inclusivos, aceptando los \"otros\" y celebrando nuestra diversidad.<\/p><p>Christa Parra IBVM vive y trabaja actualmente con migrantes en la frontera de El Paso, EE. UU. Y Ju\u00e1rez, M\u00e9xico. Trabaja en colaboraci\u00f3n con otras Hermanas de varias Congregaciones Religiosas y voluntarias. Fue visitada por Judy Illig IBVM y Mary Carton IBVM.<\/p><p>Mary Carton dijo que la visita<em>\"fue una visita pastoral a Christa - para verla en su hogar y lugares de trabajo, para conocer a las personas importantes para ella y aquellos que dan su vida, para ver c\u00f3mo se apoyan su fe y conexi\u00f3n con la IBVM\".<\/em>Tambi\u00e9n pudieron visitar otros refugios para migrantes en ambos lados de la frontera. Tuvieron la suerte de poder compartir historias y comidas con algunas de las mujeres migrantes y sus hijos.<\/p><p>Mary comparte la historia:<\/p><p><em>\"El jueves por la ma\u00f1ana nos sentamos todos en c\u00edrculo. Christa invit\u00f3 a cada mujer a contar su historia, tanto como quisiera, en espa\u00f1ol. Christa luego se lo tradujo a Judy y a m\u00ed. Para ponerlo en marcha, nos pidi\u00f3 a los dos que cont\u00e1ramos un poco sobre nosotros, para que pudieran aprender sobre nosotros. Luego, gradualmente, los dem\u00e1s contaron historias. Surgieron algunos aspectos del viaje: el motivo de la salida de Guatemala, no demasiado sobre el viaje, las dificultades en algunos de los refugios en el camino y los desaf\u00edos en la frontera. Esta red de refugios en Ju\u00e1rez \/ El Paso es una red caritativa y segura. Pero no todos. Agresi\u00f3n, abuso, drogas, robo -cada uno, madre e hijo- hab\u00eda experimentado algo o todo en el camino. Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n hablaron de los hermosos paisajes a lo largo del camino.
