La Congregaci\u00f3n de las Hermanas de Jes\u00fas (CJ) en Ucrania se fund\u00f3 despu\u00e9s de la ca\u00edda del comunismo. Estaban trabajando en tres lugares, dos cerca de la frontera eslovaca y el tercero en la capital, Kiev. Forman parte de la Provincia de la Provincia Eslovaca de los CJ.<\/p>

Las Hermanas viv\u00edan con la gente al comienzo de la guerra con Rusia. Algunos han permanecido en Ucrania para ayudar a la gente de all\u00ed, mientras que otros est\u00e1n en las fronteras de Eslovaquia, Rumania, Hungr\u00eda y Alemania ayudando a los refugiados que huyen de la violencia.\u00a0<\/p>

Saludan a los refugiados en la frontera entre Eslovaquia y Ucrania y distribuyen alimentos, ropa y medicinas a los necesitados. Estos bienes junto con otros art\u00edculos fueron donados por miembros de las parroquias cat\u00f3licas de la zona.<\/p>

En Augsburgo y Passau (Alemania), las Hermanas ofrecen hospitalidad y alojamiento a refugiados en sus casas e instalaciones. Las familias refugiadas pueden quedarse tanto tiempo como sea necesario.<\/p>

En Bucarest, Rumania, las Hermanas alojan a las familias y cubren sus necesidades. En Radauti, Sor Anna Mar\u00eda, CJ, presta un servicio muy necesario: lava las s\u00e1banas de los refugiados de Ucrania alojados en tiendas de campa\u00f1a proporcionadas por el pueblo para que cada persona que viene pueda descansar en una cama limpia.<\/p>

Las Hermanas que permanecieron en Kiev trabajan con Caritas para distribuir alimentos, ropa y medicinas a los necesitados. Y en Seredne y Uzghorod, en el oeste de Ucrania, ayudan a las personas que est\u00e1n en movimiento, huyendo a otros pa\u00edses en busca de asilo, proporcion\u00e1ndoles lo que necesitar\u00e1n durante el viaje.<\/p>

Dijeron que \u201cofrecen hospitalidad a las personas que abandonaron sus hogares y vinieron del este de Ucrania para estar m\u00e1s seguras aqu\u00ed. Se quedan con nosotros en nuestras casas y en nuestro Centro Social Mary Ward en Uzghorod. Les proporcionamos comida y alojamiento. Tratamos de consolarlos y darles esperanza. Tambi\u00e9n ayudamos a distribuir ayuda humanitaria (que nos llega desde Eslovaquia gracias a nuestras hermanas CJ all\u00ed y a muchos donantes generosos) a nuestros soldados ucranianos que defienden Ucrania. Estamos muy contentos de poder ayudar y de esta manera vivir plenamente nuestro carisma\u201d.<\/p>
