Autonomiser les filles gr\u00e2ce au leadership<\/h3>

L'autonomisation des filles par l'\u00e9ducation non formelle permet l'ind\u00e9pendance sociale et la confiance en soi. La culture patriarcale de l'Albanie offre un environnement difficile pour les filles, en particulier pour les filles des zones rurales. Il y a moins d'opportunit\u00e9s pour les filles rurales et elles sont plus isol\u00e9es des activit\u00e9s sociales. Cela affecte leur d\u00e9veloppement et les expose davantage aux risques de traite et d'exploitation.<\/p>

La Fondation Mary Ward Loreto met un accent particulier dans son travail sur les jeunes filles de Tropoja et Saranda. Les filles sont encourag\u00e9es \u00e0 participer \u00e0 des programmes de d\u00e9veloppement humain, notamment : leadership guid\u00e9, estime de soi, prise de parole en public, relations saines, communication efficace et r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes. Les filles d\u00e9veloppent leurs comp\u00e9tences en apprenant \u00e0 r\u00e9diger des CV, des lettres de motivation, des e-mails officiels et en compl\u00e9tant leur portfolio personnel. Le programme offre aux filles la possibilit\u00e9 de suivre un cours \u00ab\u00a0Autonomisation par l'autod\u00e9fense\u00a0\u00bb. Les filles apprennent \u00e0 s'aimer davantage, \u00e0 croire en elles-m\u00eames et \u00e0 avoir la force de travailler sur des comportements et de mettre fin aux contacts qui contr\u00f4laient auparavant leur vie.<\/p>

L'approche de leadership interactif choisie donne aux filles la possibilit\u00e9 de devenir plus actives et de jouer un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans les initiatives communautaires et de service. Cette approche est mise en \u0153uvre \u00e0 travers le volontariat et l'\u00e9criture sur des questions sociales. En aidant les filles \u00e0 se conna\u00eetre et \u00e0 se comprendre, elles sont en mesure d'identifier leurs valeurs personnelles et sociales et comment se prot\u00e9ger de la traite des \u00eatres humains. Mary Ward Loreto croit que les filles peuvent changer le monde !<\/p>
