De tels arrangements peuvent \u00eatre conclus avec des organisations internationales et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, avec des organisations nationales apr\u00e8s consultation du Membre des Nations Unies concern\u00e9.&#8221;<\/p><p>Cela a ouvert la voie \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile pour s&#039;engager avec l&#039;ONU et obtenir un statut consultatif.
