La 61e session de la Commission des Nations Unies pour le d\u00e9veloppement social (CSocD61) a eu lieu du 6 au 15 f\u00e9vrier 2023 \u00e0 New York. Les commissions des Nations Unies sont les principaux moyens par lesquels les organisations non gouvernementales (ONG) font entendre les voix et les pr\u00e9occupations des populations du monde entier et tentent d'influencer les politiques qui affectent les populations et la plan\u00e8te. Le th\u00e8me prioritaire de la Commission pour le d\u00e9veloppement social 2023 \u00e9tait \u00ab\u00a0Cr\u00e9er le plein emploi productif et un travail d\u00e9cent pour tous comme moyen de surmonter les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s afin d'acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la reprise apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 et la pleine mise en \u0153uvre de l'Agenda 2030 pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable. \u00bb<\/p>

En tant qu'organisation membre du Comit\u00e9 des ONG pour le d\u00e9veloppement social (ONG CSocD), nous avons contribu\u00e9 au projet de r\u00e9solution, r\u00e9dig\u00e9 des points de plaidoyer et rencontr\u00e9 les ambassadeurs et les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s de divers pays (connus sous le nom de visites de mission) pour contribuer aux discussions et aux r\u00e9solutions. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que nos membres (IBVM et CJ) sont impliqu\u00e9s dans la cr\u00e9ation d'un travail d\u00e9cent pour les personnes issues des communaut\u00e9s marginalis\u00e9es, qui sont principalement des femmes et des jeunes, nous avons pu faire part de leurs pr\u00e9occupations.<\/p>

En outre, nous avons partag\u00e9 nos bonnes pratiques lors d'un \u00e9v\u00e9nement parall\u00e8le que nous avons organis\u00e9 avec d'autres ONG pendant la Commission. L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Un travail d\u00e9cent pour tous : mettre fin \u00e0 la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'\u00e9ducation et \u00e0 l'autonomisation \u00e9conomique \u00bb a r\u00e9uni trois de nos s\u0153urs d'Inde, du Kenya et de Slovaquie, ainsi qu'un jeune du centre social Kolkata Mary Ward, en Inde. L'orateur principal \u00e9tait l'Ambassadeur Allie Kabba, Repr\u00e9sentant permanent de la Mission de la Sierra Leone aupr\u00e8s de l'ONU.<\/p>

Notre stagiaire, Prateeksha Shukla, et un autre jeune de la Fondation Red Dot, l'un de nos co-sponsors, \u00e9taient les mod\u00e9rateurs. Les intervenants ont soulign\u00e9 leur engagement aupr\u00e8s des communaut\u00e9s locales, des groupes de jeunes et de femmes pour fournir une \u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9, des programmes de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et diverses activit\u00e9s de microfinancement, les aidant ainsi \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des emplois et des moyens de subsistance pour eux-m\u00eames. Ils ont partag\u00e9 des histoires sur la mani\u00e8re dont les jeunes femmes et filles des communaut\u00e9s rurales, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un soutien socio-\u00e9conomique, reconstruisent leur vie et s'efforcent de mettre fin \u00e0 leur vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9. Priorit\u00e9s du plaidoyer<\/strong><\/p>

Le groupe de plaidoyer de l'ONG CSocD, dont nous faisons partie, a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 les points de discussion et les recommandations suivants\u00a0:
1. Lutter contre les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques et sociales croissantes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une protection sociale universelle, des politiques salariales et la formalisation du travail.
2. Adopter des politiques et des programmes inclusifs, centr\u00e9s sur les personnes et sensibles au genre.
3. Fournir \u00e0 tous une \u00e9ducation, des comp\u00e9tences, un perfectionnement et une formation num\u00e9rique.
4. Investir dans des initiatives et des politiques de cr\u00e9ation et de redistribution du capital humain.
5. Mettre en valeur et dynamiser le mouvement vers un contrat social renouvel\u00e9 et le sommet social mondial en 2025.<\/p>
