La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est meilleure lorsque davantage de personnes sont productives et contribuent \u00e0 sa croissance.\u00a0<\/p><p>Il mentionne la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de strat\u00e9gies transversales, notamment\u00a0: la formalisation de l&#039;emploi\u00a0; Syst\u00e8mes de protection sociale (s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale) ; Acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une \u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9 ; et Programmes d\u2019\u00e9ducation et de formation aux comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques. Les gouvernements ont rappel\u00e9 l&#039;engagement qu&#039;ils avaient pris lors du Sommet mondial pour le d\u00e9veloppement social de 1995. L\u2019appel \u00e0 l\u2019action de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile \u00e9tait le suivant\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>Investir dans des socles de protection sociale pour tous les membres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, sans discrimination aucune et ind\u00e9pendamment de leur nationalit\u00e9 ou de leur situation professionnelle.\u00a0<\/li><li>Encourager un progr\u00e8s \u00e9conomique holistique durable gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une innovation technologique durable qui cherche \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer l\u2019harmonie soci\u00e9tale et la protection du monde naturel.<\/li><li>S\u2019engager \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre des politiques de financement et de cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois tourn\u00e9es vers l\u2019avenir. Les institutions publiques devraient cr\u00e9er des incitations pour que le secteur priv\u00e9 (entreprises, industrie) s&#039;engage \u00e0 s&#039;acquitter d&#039;un devoir essentiel : investir dans la promotion et la lib\u00e9ration des talents des jeunes.<\/li><li>Veiller \u00e0 ce que les jeunes aient un chemin vers l\u2019emploi. Les programmes autour de la transition vers un travail d\u00e9cent n\u00e9cessitent des investissements dans l\u2019\u00e9ducation et une formation de haute qualit\u00e9 pour tous. L&#039;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une \u00e9ducation et \u00e0 une formation de qualit\u00e9 pour les membres les plus d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s de la population d&#039;un pays doit \u00eatre une priorit\u00e9.
