Le DCF joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans l&#039;adaptation de la coop\u00e9ration internationale au d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 l&#039;environnement mondial nouveau et changeant et \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9volution des besoins et des priorit\u00e9s des pays. . Il sert d&#039;espace au sein de l&#039;ONU pour discuter des tendances et des progr\u00e8s en mati\u00e8re de coop\u00e9ration internationale au d\u00e9veloppement et \u00e9laborer des recommandations politiques prospectives et des orientations normatives sur la coop\u00e9ration au d\u00e9veloppement en vue d&#039;atteindre les ODD.<\/p><p>En tant que membres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et de l&#039;ONG sur le financement du d\u00e9veloppement (FfD), nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 prononcer une intervention le deuxi\u00e8me jour sur la r\u00e9duction de la fracture num\u00e9rique. Nous avons partag\u00e9 l&#039;exp\u00e9rience de notre r\u00e9seau et les innombrables difficult\u00e9s personnelles et financi\u00e8res rencontr\u00e9es, notamment par les personnes des secteurs des services et informels qui ne pouvaient pas travailler \u00e0 domicile. Nous avons r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 que l&#039;acc\u00e8s au num\u00e9rique est un droit humain et avons demand\u00e9 aux \u00c9tats membres de prendre des mesures pour accro\u00eetre les connaissances num\u00e9riques et financi\u00e8res, y compris la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et les comp\u00e9tences en calcul, parmi les groupes marginalis\u00e9s.
