Quelqu'un a soulign\u00e9 \u00e0 juste titre qu'une personne est la somme de tout ce qu'elle aime, des livres qu'elle a lus, des personnes qu'elle a rencontr\u00e9es, des \u00e9v\u00e9nements auxquels elle a assist\u00e9, etc. En ce sens, je reconnais humblement que, pour moi, participer en tant que d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 au Forum politique de haut niveau (HLPF) tenu \u00e0 New York du 10 au 19 juillet, au si\u00e8ge de l'ONU &#8211 ; un espace de multilat\u00e9ralisme inclusif – a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement le plus impressionnant, intense, percutant, profond, riche et important auquel j\u2019ai jamais eu l\u2019honneur et la joie de participer.<\/p>

Avant tout, je voudrais exprimer ma profonde gratitude aux s\u0153urs Janet Palafox IBVM et Cynthia Mathew CJ pour l'immense opportunit\u00e9 qu'elles m'ont offerte, en m'invitant \u00e0 faire partie de cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Cela m'a donn\u00e9 l'occasion d'apprendre beaucoup, d'\u00e9couter les voix des gouvernements, des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s civiles, de nombreux experts de haut niveau, des scientifiques, des dirigeants universitaires et des orateurs inspirants, ainsi que des d\u00e9l\u00e9gations des 39 pays appel\u00e9s \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s. r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 mi-parcours de l\u2019Agenda 2030. Le forum s'est concentr\u00e9 sur cinq des 17 objectifs s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour cette ann\u00e9e\u00a0: les objectifs 6 sur l'eau potable et l'assainissement, 7 sur l'\u00e9nergie propre et abordable, 9 sur l'industrie, l'innovation et les infrastructures, 11 sur les villes et communaut\u00e9s durables et 17 sur les partenariats pour les buts.<\/p>

Je remercie chaleureusement mes s\u0153urs pour leur chaleur, leur ouverture et leur hospitalit\u00e9, pour le soutien, l'assistance et les encouragements continus qu'elles m'ont apport\u00e9s. Y compris en facilitant tant de rencontres et en me faisant conna\u00eetre tant de personnalit\u00e9s, de groupes, de r\u00e9alit\u00e9s et de lieux, parmi lesquels je cite personnellement\u00a0:
\u2022 la rencontre avec Mme Ioana-Cristina Mihail, experte en Droits de l'Homme, conseill\u00e8re de Son Excellence l'Ambassadeur Cornel Feru\u021b\u0103 \u00e0 la Mission Permanente de la Roumanie aupr\u00e8s de l'ONU \u00e0 New York ;
\u2022 l'occasion de rencontrer la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation roumaine, qui a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des rapports VNR remarquables, auxquels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9s les rapports exceptionnels r\u00e9alistes et sinc\u00e8res avec la voix des enfants, la D\u00e9claration de la Jeunesse, ainsi que les rapports infranationaux.<\/p>

La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de cl\u00f4ture a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressante, lorsque sur cette immense sc\u00e8ne du monde, o\u00f9 se d\u00e9roulait devant nous toute la question du monde agenouill\u00e9 sous le fardeau de ses difficult\u00e9s, on nous a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de ce que nous avons entendu : que malgr\u00e9 tous nos efforts , nous sommes hors du chemin et, dans certains domaines, nous avons r\u00e9gress\u00e9. Cependant, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 encourag\u00e9s par le fait qu\u2019en r\u00e9formant l\u2019architecture financi\u00e8re internationale, en promouvant la collaboration multipartite, en ne laissant personne de c\u00f4t\u00e9, et en autonomisant et en impliquant les femmes et les filles dans la r\u00e9alisation des ODD, les tendances n\u00e9gatives peuvent \u00eatre contr\u00e9es. Qui plus est, dans le contexte des poly-crises, du vide des donn\u00e9es, des investissements dans la collecte, la gouvernance et la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es sont n\u00e9cessaires pour garantir la disponibilit\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es partageables, r\u00e9utilisables, flexibles et r\u00e9actives et pour conduire un changement transformationnel. Chacun d'entre nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre au moins deux id\u00e9es inspirantes et \u00e0 d\u00e9cider de prendre au moins deux actions qui peuvent contribuer \u00e0 changer le monde pour le mieux afin de mettre en \u0153uvre les ODD.<\/p>

Je voudrais conclure avec un mot de profonde gratitude pour la pr\u00e9paration en ligne minutieuse de Teresa Blumenstein, coordinatrice de la Justice Coalition of Religious (JCoR), et pour elle et les uns les autres pour le soutien et les encouragements dont tous les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 tout au long du processus. cette p\u00e9riode pendant nos temps de pri\u00e8re, nos r\u00e9unions, nos \u00e9valuations quotidiennes et nos pr\u00e9sentations.<\/p>
