Int\u00e9grer une perspective de genre dans les engagements de financement du d\u00e9veloppement<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mettre en \u0153uvre des politiques et des lois qui promeuvent l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am\u00e9liorer l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux opportunit\u00e9s de participation et de leadership dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9liminer la violence sexiste et la discrimination sous toutes ses formes<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promouvoir une budg\u00e9tisation sensible au genre gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une plus grande transparence et une participation \u00e9gale au processus budg\u00e9taire<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Encourager le secteur priv\u00e9 \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019avancement de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>2. \u00c9largir l&#039;espace budg\u00e9taire pour les investissements visant \u00e0 mettre fin \u00e0 la pauvret\u00e9 des femmes et des filles<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Garantir un filet de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re mondial plus efficace et plus accessible<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Renforcer la coop\u00e9ration fiscale internationale pour la rendre plus inclusive et plus efficace, en mettant l\u2019accent sur la lutte contre l\u2019\u00e9vasion fiscale<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mettre en \u0153uvre des politiques fiscales progressives\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Traiter les restructurations de la dette souveraine et \u00e9liminer les conditionnalit\u00e9s dans les initiatives d\u2019all\u00e8gement de la dette\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les femmes du secteur financier dirigent les efforts locaux d\u2019adaptation et d\u2019att\u00e9nuation du changement climatique<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9affecter les subventions et incitations fiscales n\u00e9fastes aux politiques et programmes sensibles au genre<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3. Renforcer les institutions publiques en mati\u00e8re de responsabilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Augmenter la repr\u00e9sentation, le leadership et la participation des femmes dans les institutions \u00e9conomiques<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Renforcer l\u2019analyse de genre dans les processus budg\u00e9taires nationaux et locaux<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Favoriser la participation aux processus budg\u00e9taires gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des budgets ouverts, \u00e0 un suivi communautaire et citoyen de la prestation de services.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Appliquer les normes fondamentales du travail en garantissant une l\u00e9gislation sur le salaire minimum et un salaire \u00e9gal pour un travail \u00e9gal de valeur \u00e9gale<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soutenir les femmes entrepreneures et les entreprises appartenant \u00e0 des femmes<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>4. Engager et financer les organisations et collectifs de femmes<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fournir un financement pluriannuel solide et flexible aux organisations de femmes\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Veiller \u00e0 ce que les organisations locales de d\u00e9fense des droits des femmes disposent de ressources et de capacit\u00e9s ad\u00e9quates pour d\u00e9fendre les droits des femmes.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mettre en \u0153uvre des politiques visant \u00e0 garantir la participation pleine, efficace et significative des collectifs, associations et syndicats de travailleuses<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soutenir les femmes qui d\u00e9fendent un travail d\u00e9cent et l\u2019utilisation durable des ressources naturelles<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>5. Am\u00e9liorer les donn\u00e9es et statistiques multidimensionnelles sur la pauvret\u00e9<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Renforcer la capacit\u00e9 des bureaux nationaux de statistique et des institutions gouvernementales \u00e0 collecter, analyser, diffuser et utiliser les donn\u00e9es<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Augmenter la collecte et l\u2019utilisation de donn\u00e9es sur les normes sociales li\u00e9es \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Renforcer les donn\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par les citoyens pour faire la lumi\u00e8re sur les d\u00e9fis auxquels sont confront\u00e9es les femmes vivant dans la pauvret\u00e9<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>6.
