Nous avons \u00e9galement d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que les principes de la pens\u00e9e sociale catholique, fond\u00e9e sur une croyance in\u00e9branlable dans la dignit\u00e9 inh\u00e9rente de la personne humaine et dans les droits correspondants qui permettent \u00e0 chacun de r\u00e9aliser son plein potentiel, sont les m\u00eames que ceux consacr\u00e9s dans la D\u00e9claration des droits de l&#039;homme. Droits.<\/p><p>Les exp\u00e9riences des personnes et des communaut\u00e9s que nos r\u00e9seaux ont partag\u00e9es avec nous et les programmes propos\u00e9s qui contribuent \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD 2030) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inclus dans notre d\u00e9claration. Nous avons soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance d\u2019une \u00e9ducation, d\u2019une sant\u00e9 et du renforcement des capacit\u00e9s de qualit\u00e9 pour sortir les femmes, les filles et leurs communaut\u00e9s de l\u2019extr\u00eame pauvret\u00e9 et de la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Dans la plupart des pays, une grande partie des d\u00e9penses publiques est consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la d\u00e9fense nationale, \u00e0 l\u2019application des lois et au maintien de l\u2019ordre. Malgr\u00e9 les recherches montrant que dans les pays o\u00f9 une \u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9, des soins de sant\u00e9 universels et d\u2019autres protections sociales sont assur\u00e9s \u00e0 tous, il y a moins de personnes en situation de pauvret\u00e9 et l\u2019ensemble de la communaut\u00e9 en profite, avec moins de probl\u00e8mes sociaux et de conflits.\u00a0<\/p><p>Nous avons appel\u00e9 les \u00c9tats membres, les gouvernements et les dirigeants mondiaux \u00e0 s\u2019engager \u00e0\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>Un investissement financier substantiel pour atteindre les objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable, en redirigeant les ressources des investissements militaires vers des mesures de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et social.<\/li><li>Veiller \u00e0 ce que tout d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique ne se fasse pas au d\u00e9triment de notre plan\u00e8te.<\/li><li>Mettre en \u0153uvre les lois constitutionnelles et l\u00e9gislatives nationales qui garantissent un acc\u00e8s \u00e9gal \u00e0 une \u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9 et abordable, \u00e0 des soins de sant\u00e9 abordables, \u00e0 une protection sociale et \u00e0 un salaire d\u00e9cent pour tous, sans discrimination.<\/li><li>\u00c9tablir et investir dans un syst\u00e8me de protection sociale universelle enti\u00e8rement financ\u00e9 pour tenir la promesse des ODD. Nous appelons les \u00c9tats membres \u00e0 parvenir \u00e0 un consensus sur un Fonds mondial pour la protection sociale. Les syst\u00e8mes de protection sociale sont reconnus par les Nations Unies comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 des ODD.<\/li><li>Inclure des personnes ayant une exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue et directement concern\u00e9es par la conception, la mise en \u0153uvre et l\u2019\u00e9valuation des politiques sociales.
