Au cours du webinaire d&#039;avril, les jeunes ont d\u00e9couvert le cadre des ODD, puis se sont plong\u00e9s dans trois ODD qui seront examin\u00e9s par l&#039;ONU cet \u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0: l&#039;ODD 13 (Action climatique), l&#039;ODD 16 (Paix, justice et institutions fortes) et ODD 17 (Partenariats pour la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs). Ensuite, ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux interconnexions entre les ODD et leur propre vie. <em>Comment les jeunes nouveaux arrivants sont-ils touch\u00e9s par ces ODD et s\u2019ils sont atteints\u00a0? \u00c0 quoi ressemblent les ODD dans leurs communaut\u00e9s ?<\/em> Enfin, les jeunes ont re\u00e7u des conseils et des outils de plaidoyer sur la mani\u00e8re de dialoguer avec les responsables gouvernementaux \u00e0 tous les niveaux pour parler des ODD.<\/p><p>Les jeunes sont repartis avec acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une infographie sur l\u2019engagement politique et \u00e0 une fiche de conseils en mati\u00e8re de plaidoyer. Nous sommes reconnaissants de la participation d\u2019Emploi et D\u00e9veloppement social Canada en tant qu\u2019alli\u00e9 des jeunes, les encourageant \u00e0 s\u2019engager politiquement.<\/p><p>Le deuxi\u00e8me webinaire de cette s\u00e9rie aura lieu le 6 juin<sup>e<\/sup>. L&#039;intention est de donner aux jeunes l&#039;occasion d&#039;engager des conversations avec les d\u00e9cideurs sur les ODD et la mani\u00e8re dont ils interagissent avec leur vie de nouveaux arrivants. On esp\u00e8re que les d\u00e9cideurs participants seront repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par des responsables des agences des Nations Unies, des politiciens locaux et f\u00e9d\u00e9raux et des fonctionnaires des minist\u00e8res.<\/p><p>Au Mary Ward Centre, nous nous engageons \u00e0 accompagner les jeunes pour les aider \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper leur plein potentiel. Cela inclut un accompagnement dans l\u2019engagement politique et l\u2019autonomisation pour r\u00e9aliser leurs droits.
