J\u2019ai particip\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<\/p><p>Le th\u00e8me du forum de cette ann\u00e9e \u00e9tait \u00ab Renforcer l\u2019Agenda 2030 et \u00e9radiquer la pauvret\u00e9 en temps de crises multiples : la mise en \u0153uvre efficace de solutions durables, r\u00e9silientes et innovantes \u00bb. Cette ann\u00e9e, cinq Objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en avant.<\/p><p>Les \u00c9tats invit\u00e9s \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter un rapport cette ann\u00e9e sont les suivants : Arm\u00e9nie, Autriche, Azerba\u00efdjan, Belize, Br\u00e9sil, Tchad, Colombie, Congo, Costa Rica, \u00c9quateur, Guin\u00e9e \u00e9quatoriale, \u00c9rythr\u00e9e, G\u00e9orgie, Guin\u00e9e, Honduras, \u00celes Salomon, Kenya, R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique populaire lao, Libye, Mauritanie, Maurice, Mexique, Namibie, N\u00e9pal, Oman, Palaos, P\u00e9rou, Samoa, Sierra Leone, Soudan du Sud, Espagne, R\u00e9publique arabe syrienne, Ouganda, Vanuatu, Y\u00e9men et Zimbabwe.<\/p><p>L\u2019ouverture officielle du forum a eu lieu dans la salle de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, avec une prestation d\u2019un orchestre local, le lundi 8 juillet. Cette semaine, les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile (OSC) ont organis\u00e9 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements de 8 heures du matin jusqu\u2019\u00e0 tard dans la soir\u00e9e, en personne et virtuellement. Ces excellentes r\u00e9unions ont mis en lumi\u00e8re le travail important effectu\u00e9 par de nombreuses ONG.<\/p><p>L\u2019ouverture officielle du Forum politique de haut niveau de 2024 a eu lieu le lundi 15 juillet, sous la pr\u00e9sidence de S.E. Mme Paula Narv\u00e1ez, pr\u00e9sidente du Conseil \u00e9conomique et social. Nous avons essay\u00e9 d\u2019assister aux examens nationaux volontaires (ENV) du Br\u00e9sil, du Kenya, de l\u2019\u00eele Maurice, du N\u00e9pal, du P\u00e9rou, de l\u2019Espagne, de l\u2019Ouganda et du Zimbabwe. Bien que le Soudan du Sud ait \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019un des pays qui participaient pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 l\u2019ENV, il n\u2019a finalement pas assist\u00e9 au forum.<\/p><p>Environ 90 chefs d\u2019\u00c9tat et repr\u00e9sentants de gouvernement \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents. La r\u00e9ponse de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile \u00e0 ces examens gouvernementaux impliquait ce que l\u2019on appelle les grands groupes et autres parties prenantes (MGOS), qui contribuent activement \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable par le biais de diverses initiatives telles que le partage des connaissances, le plaidoyer et le suivi de la mise en \u0153uvre du Programme de d\u00e9veloppement durable \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2030. Au cours des 30 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l\u2019ONU a reconnu que la r\u00e9alisation du d\u00e9veloppement durable n\u00e9cessite l\u2019engagement de tous les secteurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Ces participants sont collectivement appel\u00e9s les \u00ab grands groupes \u00bb, qui comprennent les femmes, les enfants et les jeunes, les peuples autochtones, les organisations non gouvernementales, les autorit\u00e9s locales, les travailleurs et les syndicats, les entreprises et l\u2019industrie, la communaut\u00e9 scientifique et technologique et les agriculteurs. Notre groupe fait partie des organisations non gouvernementales (ONG) et est connu sous le nom de groupe confessionnel.<\/p><p>Environ 1 000 organisations non gouvernementales et ONG \u00e9taient repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es, ce qui a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 13 \u00e9v\u00e9nements sp\u00e9ciaux et 13 laboratoires d\u2019\u00e9valuation nationale volontaire (VNR) ; environ 236 \u00e9v\u00e9nements parall\u00e8les (162 en personne et 74 virtuels) et environ 14 expositions. Compte tenu de la pl\u00e9thore d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements, nous avons cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 assister \u00e0 ceux qui correspondaient le mieux \u00e0 nos int\u00e9r\u00eats. Janet et Sarah ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019organisation de certains \u00e9v\u00e9nements parall\u00e8les, avec un format de pr\u00e9sentation hybride qui a permis \u00e0 ceux qui ne pouvaient pas y assister en personne de donner leur avis.<\/p><p>Au cours de cette semaine charg\u00e9e, nous avons eu l\u2019occasion de nous entretenir avec la Coalition pour la justice des religieux (JCOR), une organisation d\u2019ordres religieux impliqu\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019ONU. Cela nous a permis de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir, d\u2019\u00e9changer des id\u00e9es et de prier ensemble chaque soir. Tout au long du Forum, nous avons \u00e9galement eu l\u2019occasion de r\u00e9seauter et d\u2019\u00e9changer avec des personnes de tous les groupes diff\u00e9rents, \u00e0 la fois lors des diff\u00e9rents \u00e9v\u00e9nements et entre les r\u00e9unions.<\/p><p>Cette ann\u00e9e encore, nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 organiser une r\u00e9union avec la Mission permanente de l&#039;Irlande.
