The first event was the Beijing+30 Global Adolescent Girl Leadership Town Hall organized by UN Women. The second event was the Girls Statement Writing organized by the Working Group on Girls (WGG).<\/p><p><strong>UN Women Beijing +30 Global Adolescent Girl Leadership Town Hall<\/strong><\/p><p>Plus de 85 jeunes filles d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9es se sont r\u00e9unies \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la r\u00e9union-d\u00e9bat d\u2019ONU Femmes, o\u00f9 elles ont eu l\u2019occasion de partager leurs exp\u00e9riences et leurs aspirations pour Beijing+30. Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement dynamique a favoris\u00e9 un \u00e9change d\u2019id\u00e9es et de points de vue puissant entre les jeunes filles d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9es, celles qui ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence historique de Beijing en 1995, les repr\u00e9sentants des \u00c9tats membres (Bureau de la CSW), d\u2019ONU Femmes et d\u2019autres agences des Nations Unies.<\/p><p>La session a \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9e par des adolescentes, et deux de nos d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9es \u2013 Ruby du N\u00e9pal et Latifah du Kenya \u2013 ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la planification de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Le format interactif a permis aux d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9es de participer activement en posant des questions et en partageant leurs recommandations personnelles. Trois de nos d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9es \u2013 Ariana du P\u00e9rou, Sneha du N\u00e9pal et Njeri du Kenya \u2013 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es pour faire partie de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de planification qui a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 organiser cet important atelier.<\/p><p>L&#039;objectif de cet atelier \u00e9tait d&#039;\u00e9laborer la d\u00e9claration orale des filles, qui sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e \u00e0 la CSW69. Cette d\u00e9claration, dirig\u00e9e par des filles, met en lumi\u00e8re les probl\u00e8mes critiques auxquels les filles sont confront\u00e9es dans le monde, tout en proposant des recommandations concr\u00e8tes aux \u00c9tats membres pour faire progresser l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes et d\u00e9fendre les droits des filles.<\/p><p>Les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9s en groupes, chacun \u00e9tant charg\u00e9 de r\u00e9viser et de d\u00e9velopper diff\u00e9rentes sections de la d\u00e9claration. Parmi les contributeurs, 15 d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9es de l&#039;IBVM\/CJ ont apport\u00e9 une contribution pr\u00e9cieuse \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9laboration du document final. Cet effort collaboratif souligne le pouvoir de la voix des filles pour susciter le changement et influencer la politique mondiale en faveur de l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes.<\/p><p>Les filles ont appel\u00e9 les \u00c9tats membres et les gouvernements \u00e0 :<br \/>\u2022 Fournir des ressources et un soutien financier pour garantir l&#039;acc\u00e8s des filles \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9ducation. En outre, le soutien des parents pour \u00e9liminer les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s sexistes est n\u00e9cessaire pour parvenir \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re d&#039;\u00e9ducation.<br \/>\u2022 Investir dans l\u2019\u00e9ducation des filles par la construction d\u2019infrastructures, la motivation des enseignants et l\u2019\u00e9limination des normes sociales discriminatoires dans les zones rurales.<br \/>\u2022 Cr\u00e9er et financer des environnements qui permettent aux filles de poursuivre les opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi et d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir les comp\u00e9tences souhait\u00e9es.<br \/>\u2022 Financer et mettre en \u0153uvre des politiques qui : Proposent des programmes, des groupes de soutien, des ressources en ligne et des espaces s\u00fbrs.
