coins du monde ont particip\u00e9 et contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 une campagne pour l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 men\u00e9e par le Groupe de travail sur les filles, un r\u00e9seau d&#039;ONG dont le bureau des ONG de l&#039;IBVM est fier d&#039;\u00eatre membre. Lors de la conf\u00e9rence, nous avons discut\u00e9 de divers probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s aux femmes et de toutes les solutions possibles \u00e0 ces probl\u00e8mes.<\/p><p>Nous avons parl\u00e9 de divers probl\u00e8mes tels que la discrimination fond\u00e9e sur le sexe, l&#039;\u00e9ducation des femmes, les complexit\u00e9s de la sant\u00e9 des femmes, la carri\u00e8re et la maternit\u00e9, etc. Afin de trouver la solution \u00e0 ces probl\u00e8mes, nous avons d&#039;abord examin\u00e9 la racine de ces probl\u00e8mes.\u00a0<br \/>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les causes de presque tous les probl\u00e8mes rencontr\u00e9s par les femmes sont similaires. Certaines des causes principales sont l&#039;analphab\u00e9tisme, le patriarcat, le manque de soutien familial, le manque d&#039;application des r\u00e8gles, le harc\u00e8lement sexuel, etc.<\/p><p>Des filles du monde entier ont sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 des solutions \u00e0 divers probl\u00e8mes, partag\u00e9 leurs points de vue sur diff\u00e9rents sujets et ont eu une interaction tr\u00e8s fructueuse. Certaines solutions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales aux probl\u00e8mes majeurs rencontr\u00e9s par les femmes se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00eatre une punition pour celles qui ne respectent pas les r\u00e8gles, l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes, l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances, un r\u00f4le \u00e9gal dans la navigation professionnelle et familiale, l&#039;\u00e9limination des pratiques superstitieuses, etc.<\/p><p>Le programme a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s fructueux et je tiens \u00e0 remercier les organisateurs de l&#039;IBVM de nous avoir fait participer au programme et de nous avoir donn\u00e9 une si belle opportunit\u00e9 de faire partie de la campagne internationale pour l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 CSW.
