L'in\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les sexes pr\u00e9vaut dans la vie d'une fille d\u00e8s le premier jour de sa naissance. De l'infanticide \u00e0 la malnutrition en passant par le manque de soins de sant\u00e9 et l'acc\u00e8s in\u00e9gal \u00e0 l'\u00e9ducation, G\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00c9galit\u00e9 ne peut \u00eatre atteint sans la participation pleine et \u00e9gale des filles, leurs probl\u00e8mes \u00e9tant abord\u00e9s, leurs voix entendues et leur pr\u00e9sence rendue visible et coh\u00e9rente.<\/p>

Pour combler ces lacunes et ces probl\u00e8mes, le Groupe de travail sur les filles, en collaboration avec l'ONG CSW, a organis\u00e9 le Global Girls' Conversation Circle le 16 mars 2021 lors de la 65e session de la Commission des Nations Unies sur la condition de la femme. Ce cercle de conversation a r\u00e9uni des filles de diff\u00e9rentes parties du monde et leur a fourni une plate-forme pour exprimer leurs opinions sur les probl\u00e8mes des coalitions d'action G\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00c9galit\u00e9.<\/p>

Le groupe de travail sur les filles’ Le cercle de conversation mondial CSW65 dirig\u00e9 par des filles en partenariat avec l'ONG CSW a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 le 16 mars. J'ai eu l'honneur d'animer l'un des cercles de conversation qui \u00e9tait centr\u00e9 sur le th\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0Les femmes, la paix et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et l'action humanitaire\u00a0\u00bb. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 jumel\u00e9es avec des filles des autres organisations sur les sessions de formation qui ont eu lieu les 6 et 14 mars.<\/p>

Ma co-animatrice, Ashlei et moi avions pr\u00e9par\u00e9 une pr\u00e9sentation power point sur l'agenda de notre groupe pour une meilleure compr\u00e9hension des participants. Mon groupe \u00e9tait assez diversifi\u00e9, et c'\u00e9tait merveilleux d'accueillir de si grands enthousiastes, activistes et f\u00e9ministes. J'avais une fille des \u00c9tats-Unis, une du Pakistan, une du Japon et une de l'Inde. Chacun d'eux avec Ashlei, qui \u00e9tait ma co-facilitatrice, et moi avons discut\u00e9 de l'ordre du jour, partag\u00e9 nos exp\u00e9riences personnelles li\u00e9es \u00e0 l'ordre du jour et propos\u00e9 des solutions telles que la participation des femmes \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision et aux tables de n\u00e9gociation, un meilleur assainissement dans camps de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s, clubs scolaires ax\u00e9s sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des filles afin qu'elles se sentent en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans leurs communaut\u00e9s et bien d'autres. La discussion a \u00e9t\u00e9 assez fructueuse et constructive. Nous avons \u00e9galement partag\u00e9 certains des projets personnels sur lesquels nous travaillions et sommes venus avec des techniques pour collecter des fonds et cr\u00e9er du r\u00e9seau.<\/p>

Une fois la discussion termin\u00e9e, Riya et Clara, les militantes du WGG, ont pris nos contributions et ont ferm\u00e9 le cercle de conversation. Plus tard, nous avons eu la s\u00e9ance de d\u00e9briefing o\u00f9 nous avons partag\u00e9 nos exp\u00e9riences et donn\u00e9 nos commentaires.<\/p>

Le 17 mars, nous avons eu le Caucus des filles o\u00f9 nous avons sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 des amendements \u00e0 l'avant-projet des conclusions concert\u00e9es pour la CSW65. Honn\u00eatement, nous avons eu des discussions enrichissantes tout en sugg\u00e9rant des amendements et c'\u00e9tait merveilleux de participer au processus d\u00e9cisionnel.<\/p>

Le 18 mars, j'ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l'une des s\u00e9ances portes ouvertes des filles. La session portes ouvertes \u00e9tait un espace pour les filles o\u00f9 nous avons interagi les unes avec les autres et avons appris \u00e0 nous conna\u00eetre.<\/p>

Ces trois jours ont fait de moi une meilleure personne, plus confiante et plus audacieuse. Nous avons rencontr\u00e9 des gens du monde entier et leurs points de vue et avons partag\u00e9 nos opinions avec eux. L'ensemble de l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement m'a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er mon r\u00e9seau, \u00e0 apprendre et \u00e0 grandir. Les discussions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s enrichissantes et j'esp\u00e8re que nous aurons plus de cercles de conversation comme celui-ci \u00e0 l'avenir.<\/p>
