Ceux-ci comprenaient \u00ab Dolores Huerta : Enseigner une ic\u00f4ne des droits civiques via l&#039;art, la musique et la po\u00e9sie \u00bb, \u00ab Je parle \u00bb, un \u00e9v\u00e9nement honorant le Mois de l&#039;histoire des femmes \u00bb, \u00ab La sorcellerie et la pers\u00e9cution des sorci\u00e8res au d\u00e9but de la Nouvelle-Angleterre \u00bb, \u00ab Le Forum YEP et WIPA pr\u00e9sentent : Les femmes dans l&#039;\u00e9nergie \u00bb, \u00ab S\u00e9rie de conf\u00e9rences sur la Journ\u00e9e internationale de la femme #IMEVERYWOMAN \u00bb et \u00ab Je suis une combattante \u00bb, un \u00e9v\u00e9nement honorant le Mois de l&#039;histoire des femmes \u00bb.\u00a0<\/p><p>Ces conf\u00e9rences ont mis en lumi\u00e8re les luttes auxquelles les femmes et les personnes de couleur sont confront\u00e9es sur le march\u00e9 du travail, tout en discutant d&#039;autres questions telles que la mani\u00e8re dont la culture, la race et l&#039;orientation sexuelle affectent la fa\u00e7on dont une personne peut \u00eatre per\u00e7ue ou repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et au travail. force, ainsi que le nombre d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s et le degr\u00e9 de reconnaissance qu\u2019ils re\u00e7oivent. Tout le monde peut susciter le changement en gardant espoir en l\u2019avenir et en se posant des questions telles que \u00ab est-ce que ce que je fais va profiter \u00e0 quelqu\u2019un de plus marginalis\u00e9 que moi ?\u00a0<\/p><p>Dans l\u2019ensemble, ces conf\u00e9rences m\u2019ont appris l\u2019importance de rechercher l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 et la justice dans un monde o\u00f9 existent des probl\u00e8mes tels que la discrimination, le mariage des enfants, la pauvret\u00e9 et le manque d\u2019\u00e9ducation, en particulier chez les femmes et les filles. Apr\u00e8s ces conf\u00e9rences, j&#039;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 quel point il \u00e9tait important pour moi d&#039;utiliser mes connaissances et mes privil\u00e8ges pour \u00e9duquer ceux qui m&#039;entourent et d&#039;avoir des conversations inconfortables sur l&#039;injustice sociale.
