C&#039;\u00e9tait encore plus fascinant, car en Australie, nous semblons ne pas reconna\u00eetre l&#039;impact des conflits sur les femmes et l&#039;importance de leur r\u00f4le dans le maintien de la paix, de la stabilit\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Cela a \u00e9largi ma perspective et m&#039;a fait me sentir inconsciente des situations qui se produisent \u00e0 l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur de notre pays, me donnant l&#039;impression que les femmes d&#039;autres pays ont besoin de notre aide. En tant que femme moi-m\u00eame, je me suis sentie oblig\u00e9e d&#039;intervenir et de faire un changement. Cependant, si toutes les femmes n&#039;\u00e9coutent pas les histoires des autres, nous ne pourrons jamais op\u00e9rer un changement global.<\/p><p>J&#039;ai trouv\u00e9 incroyable comment tant de contributions des femmes \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ne sont ni reconnues ni valoris\u00e9es, y compris en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9vention des conflits et de r\u00e9tablissement de la paix. Malgr\u00e9 l&#039;impact disproportionn\u00e9 des conflits sur les femmes, cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a vraiment prouv\u00e9 que la force dont les femmes font preuve lorsqu&#039;elles sont unies comme une seule, domine tout le conflit. \u00c0 ce jour, les gens r\u00e9clament toujours l&#039;engagement des femmes dans la r\u00e9solution des conflits et la consolidation de la paix.<\/p><p>Le CSW65 m&#039;a fait appel individuellement. Bien que nous constations maintenant une diff\u00e9rence et des changements dans le r\u00e9tablissement et la consolidation de la paix, je pense que les femmes doivent faire l&#039;exp\u00e9rience de la pleine \u00e9galit\u00e9 et de la participation en tant qu&#039;agents actifs de la paix et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Ce changement m&#039;a inspir\u00e9 \u00e0 faire un pas de plus, \u00e0 cr\u00e9er le changement, \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les femmes contre la violence sexuelle et sexiste, mais \u00e0 le faire en union avec d&#039;autres femmes. Il est essentiel pour qu&#039;une diff\u00e9rence soit faite, la participation et les pr\u00e9occupations des femmes doivent \u00eatre port\u00e9es au centre de l&#039;attention des gens.<\/p><p>En collaboration avec d&#039;autres femmes, j&#039;aimerais faire partie d&#039;un mouvement visant \u00e0 renforcer les connaissances de chacun sur le leadership des femmes dans la pr\u00e9vention des conflits communautaires et la consolidation de la paix. Et ensemble, construisons l&#039;engagement des femmes dans la prise de d\u00e9cision publique \u00e0 un niveau beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.
