Elle est perp\u00e9tr\u00e9e sur tous les continents, dans toutes les classes sociales et \u00e9conomiques, et sanctionn\u00e9e \u00e0 des degr\u00e9s divers par toutes les formes de gouvernement, toutes les grandes religions et toutes sortes de structures communautaires ou familiales.\u00a0<\/p><p>Il n&#039;y a pas de lieu de refuge complet pour la fillette, seulement des promesses de r\u00e9gimes juridiques plus solides et d&#039;une assistance non gouvernementale plus solide. Les\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unicef.org.au\/our-work\/information-for-children\/un-convention-on-the-rights-of-the-child\">Convention des Nations Unies relative aux droits de l&#039;enfant<\/a>\u00a0(1989) d\u00e9finit un enfant comme : un \u00ab \u00eatre humain \u00e2g\u00e9 de moins de 18 ans, \u00e0 moins que la loi applicable \u00e0 cet enfant n&#039;atteigne la majorit\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t \u00bb.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Les mariages forc\u00e9s et les mariages d&#039;enfants pi\u00e8gent les jeunes filles dans des relations qui les privent de leurs droits humains fondamentaux. Les mutilations g\u00e9nitales f\u00e9minines, une pratique r\u00e9pandue dans certaines parties du monde, violent une s\u00e9rie de principes des droits humains bien \u00e9tablis.<\/p><p>Exploitation sexuelle, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stopvaw.org\/human_trafficking_2\">trafic<\/a>, et la prostitution pr\u00e9sentent des risques importants pour la sant\u00e9 mentale et physique des filles.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.unicef.org\/index.php\">celui de l&#039;UNICEF<\/a> L&#039;initiative visant \u00e0 mettre fin \u00e0 la traite des enfants inclut les gar\u00e7ons et les filles, cependant, nous savons que les filles sont beaucoup plus expos\u00e9es \u00e0 certains types de traite, notamment le travail domestique et le commerce du sexe.<\/p><p>Dans plusieurs pays, le harc\u00e8lement sexuel contre les filles est r\u00e9pandu \u00e0 la fois sur le lieu de travail et \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9cole. Les filles qui vont \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9cole sont souvent victimis\u00e9es par les enseignants ou leurs pairs.<\/p><p>Crimes commis au nom de &#8220;Honneur&#8221; visent des milliers de filles dans le monde qui sont tu\u00e9es chaque ann\u00e9e pour avoir commis ou \u00eatre capables de commettre des transgressions jug\u00e9es d\u00e9shonorantes. La victime la plus vuln\u00e9rable de la guerre est la fille. Cette longue liste d&#039;actes de violence contre les filles n&#039;est pas exhaustive.
