Sr Imelda Poole ibvm (Pr\u00e9sidente de RENATE), Adina Balan CJ (Coordinatrice Internationale de JPIC) et Cecilia O&#039;Dwyer (ancienne Repr\u00e9sentante d&#039;ONG aupr\u00e8s des Nations Unies), ont particip\u00e9 en ligne \u00e0 cette session hybride. Certains repr\u00e9sentants de pays et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 Vienne, mais la grande majorit\u00e9 a particip\u00e9 en ligne.\u00a0<\/p><p>Alors que notre principal int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e9tait la traite des \u00eatres humains \u00e0 des fins d&#039;exploitation sexuelle, l&#039;ampleur et la complexit\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rentes formes de traite des femmes, des enfants et des hommes qui existent d\u00e9j\u00e0, ainsi que les formes \u00e9mergentes sont incroyables. Les pays sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 d&#039;\u00e9normes d\u00e9fis pour suivre l&#039;\u00e9volution de la situation de la traite.<\/p><p>Il semble que le crime organis\u00e9 s&#039;adapte et \u00e9volue si rapidement et efficacement que dans la plupart des pays, il d\u00e9passe les capacit\u00e9s des gouvernements. Cette situation est exacerb\u00e9e par la croissance exponentielle des m\u00e9thodes d&#039;apprentissage en ligne faisant des enfants et des jeunes filles parmi les plus vuln\u00e9rables.<\/p><p>Imelda et Adina ont toutes deux fait l&#039;exp\u00e9rience des lacunes du syst\u00e8me et de ce qui doit \u00eatre fait pour l&#039;am\u00e9liorer. La capacitation des repr\u00e9sentants du gouvernement, des l\u00e9gislateurs, de la police, des juges, des agents de contr\u00f4le des fronti\u00e8res, des services m\u00e9dicaux, de l&#039;assistance sociale, de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile est essentielle pour une r\u00e9ponse efficace et reste un \u00e9norme d\u00e9fi. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que la capacit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9ponse s&#039;am\u00e9liorent, la prise de conscience de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#039;aborder cette question du point de vue des droits de l&#039;homme o\u00f9 la personne victime de la traite est au centre de l&#039;ensemble du processus s&#039;am\u00e9liore.<\/p><p>Cecilia a fait une d\u00e9claration en notre nom en collaboration avec sept ONG confessionnelles.
