Nos d\u00e9clarations peuvent \u00eatre lues <a href=\"https:\/\/undocs.org\/E\/CN.6\/2018\/NGO\/20\">ici<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Les deux \u00e9v\u00e9nements parall\u00e8les se sont concentr\u00e9s sur la traite des \u00eatres humains sous diff\u00e9rents angles. L&#039;un, avec la Mission du Saint-Si\u00e8ge comme sponsor principal, a attir\u00e9 l&#039;attention sur le travail des religieuses dans la pr\u00e9vention de la traite des \u00eatres humains et le sauvetage et l&#039;autonomisation des survivants. Un autre \u00e9v\u00e9nement avec le Comit\u00e9 des ONG pour mettre fin \u00e0 la traite des personnes s&#039;est concentr\u00e9 sur l&#039;utilisation de la technologie. Alors qu&#039;Internet est utilis\u00e9 de la mani\u00e8re la plus ignoble pour trafiquer des jeunes filles et des femmes pour le commerce du sexe, d&#039;\u00e9normes efforts sont en cours pour emp\u00eacher que cela ne se produise et pour lutter contre d&#039;autres aspects de la traite des \u00eatres humains. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Nous avons co-parrain\u00e9 un \u00e9v\u00e9nement sur les femmes rurales en tant qu&#039;acteurs du changement avec des histoires d&#039;autonomisation de l&#039;Inde et de l&#039;Asie du Sud-Est. Sr Cynthia CJ \u00e9tait l&#039;une des pan\u00e9listes.
