Il s&#039;agit d&#039;un petit pas en avant ensemble \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 nous constatons les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es par les pays lorsqu&#039;il s&#039;agit de collaborer pour le plus grand bien.
