Les personnes sont au centre de l&#039;Agenda 2030, et c&#039;est une grande victoire. Mais nous devons trouver des moyens de renforcer les capacit\u00e9s d&#039;un nombre croissant de personnes \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 ces objectifs, chacun en fonction de sa situation particuli\u00e8re.<\/p><p>S&#039;identifier en tant que citoyen du monde commence par la reconnaissance de l&#039;unit\u00e9 de la famille humaine, de notre interd\u00e9pendance les uns avec les autres en tant qu&#039;individus et nations, et de notre responsabilit\u00e9 envers une relation durable avec la terre. Un citoyen du monde s&#039;efforce de r\u00e9aliser l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre tous les peuples, ind\u00e9pendamment de toute cat\u00e9gorisation superficielle telle que le sexe, la race, l&#039;origine ethnique ou l&#039;identit\u00e9 nationale ou religieuse. L&#039;\u00e9ducation \u00e0 la citoyennet\u00e9 mondiale promeut l&#039;honneur et la dignit\u00e9 humains, la coop\u00e9ration, la fiabilit\u00e9, la compassion et le d\u00e9sir de servir les autres. La capacit\u00e9 humaine est d\u00e9finie non seulement par le potentiel d&#039;une personne \u00e0 atteindre des objectifs, mais aussi par sa d\u00e9termination \u00e0 prendre les mesures n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La capacit\u00e9 de lire la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sociale et de prendre des mesures efficaces n\u00e9cessite une \u00e9ducation qui nous donne les attitudes, les connaissances et les comp\u00e9tences appropri\u00e9es\u00a0; telles que les capacit\u00e9s qui soutiennent la justice sociale et \u00e9conomique \u00e0 la fois au sein des nations et entre elles, et la prise de d\u00e9cision non accusatoire \u00e0 tous les niveaux de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Une \u00e9ducation formelle, non formelle et informelle qui favorise la compr\u00e9hension de nos r\u00f4les et responsabilit\u00e9s sera n\u00e9cessaire d\u00e8s le plus jeune \u00e2ge, tout au long de notre vie.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Afin d&#039;inspirer les gens du monde entier \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre le d\u00e9veloppement social, une compr\u00e9hension profonde de la citoyennet\u00e9 mondiale doit \u00eatre promue avec enthousiasme par le biais de programmes d&#039;\u00e9ducation \u00e0 travers le monde. Par cons\u00e9quent, nous formulons aujourd&#039;hui 3 recommandations\u00a0:<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li>Que le syst\u00e8me des Nations Unies appelle les \u00c9tats membres \u00e0 promouvoir l&#039;\u00e9ducation \u00e0 la citoyennet\u00e9 mondiale \u00e0 tous les niveaux et \u00e9tapes de la vie de la population<\/li><li>Que les gouvernements soutiennent les efforts d\u00e9j\u00e0 en place et assurent la coop\u00e9ration des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs internationaux, de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et des syst\u00e8mes sociaux<\/li><li>Que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et toutes les parties prenantes incluent la citoyennet\u00e9 mondiale dans leurs initiatives \u00e9ducatives et sociales<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Favoriser la citoyennet\u00e9 mondiale est une strat\u00e9gie pratique pour promouvoir la mise en \u0153uvre universelle des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable.
