(Agenda 2030). <em>&#8220;La protection sociale universelle et fond\u00e9e sur les droits est l&#039;approche la plus durable et la plus efficace pour \u00e9radiquer la pauvret\u00e9, r\u00e9duire les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et renforcer l&#039;inclusion sociale \u00bb.<\/em>\u00a0<\/p><p><em>\u00ab Le Programme de d\u00e9veloppement durable \u00e0 l&#039;horizon 2030 repose sur des valeurs et des principes fondamentaux visant \u00e0 garantir que tous les \u00eatres humains puissent r\u00e9aliser leur potentiel dans la dignit\u00e9 et l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9. Son fondement \u00e9thique profond repose sur l&#039;imp\u00e9ratif que personne ne soit laiss\u00e9 pour compte et que ceux qui sont les plus difficiles \u00e0 atteindre soient prioritaires. Nous entamons maintenant la troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e de mise en \u0153uvre de l&#039;Agenda.
