La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile aux Nations Unies est li\u00e9e \u00e0 celle des gouvernements, de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et des entreprises du monde entier.<\/p><p>Il est essentiel que les gouvernements ratifient et appliquent les conventions et protocoles internationaux relatifs \u00e0 la traite des enfants et des jeunes. Ils doivent \u00e9galement mettre en \u0153uvre une l\u00e9gislation et des pratiques d&#039;application de la loi qui traitent les enfants qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes de la traite et non comme des criminels.<\/p><p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile doit accro\u00eetre la sensibilisation et plaider en faveur d&#039;une l\u00e9gislation plus stricte \u00e0 tous les niveaux de gouvernement qui poursuivra les trafiquants et prot\u00e9gera les victimes.<\/p><p>Les entreprises sont invit\u00e9es \u00e0 suivre les lignes directrices relatives aux droits de l&#039;enfant et aux principes commerciaux, qui peuvent \u00eatre consult\u00e9es <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.unicef.org\/csr\/12.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ici<\/a>.
